The worst place! One star is too much for them. It has to be minus 10 star if it was possible.I waited for months waiting to write this review in the hope my issue gets resolved but it never did.I had an ultrasound appointment in this place on February 2022. The front desk person was so rude and told me I can not be seen that day even though I had an appointment. Eventually after a long long wait I was taken back and did the ultrasound. But a few weeks later they sent me a bill saying I have to pay a copay.I called my insurance and they said I don't have to pay a copay. From February 2022 to now which is over 10 month my insurance and I have made at least 20 calls to their billing department trying to resolve the issue. My insurance has sent them the EOB stating that I do not have to pay anything to them and still they keep sending me the same bill every month !The staff in billing department are so incompetent , and unprofessional. I have asked to talk to a supervisor many times and every time they say the supervisor will call you back in 48 hours but for the past 6 times that I made the request never ever anyone has called me back .The billing department has the EOB and all other information from my insurance stating that I don't have to pay any copay for this service and billing department keep saying we are reviewing the case for that past 10 month ! Why on earth do you still keep Sending me bills??? I hope someone from your management contact me . This facility is the worst . Never ever I go back there and you shouldn't ever try going there either or they make your life hell !!!

The technician was very nice. But five days waiting for results is too long. When you have some thing going on, we need to figure out how we can be more efficient with getting results back sooner.

I needed an X-ray to be done in a hurry for a doctors appointment. Everyone there was helpful and friendly and I was able to get the X-ray just in the nick of time. Thank you.
