List of Chee Ho's Reviews
I made an appointment with Dr. Ho for my annual physical check. When the day I arrived, the assistant gave me a simple check such as Blood presure, weight, height, then I was taken to a room to wait, About 10 minutes, Dr. Ho came in and asked me out of the room and signed on a paper with the dada of weight, height, blood presure, then that's all for my annual physical check. After a couple of days I received a bill, it showed my visit is for my eye problem. I called Dr. ho's office several times to ask them to correct, didn't response. I am so disappionted with Dr. Ho's service at this appointment.

Dr Ho is an excellent D.O. He has made difficult diagnoses, is very caring and interested in his patients and spends whatever time is needed with them. He has helped me and many of our friends, especially with neuromuscular issues. He diagnosed Shingles very early for a friend, prescribed medication so that she had a very light case. His office is warm and friendly. Rarely is there a wait. Highly recommend.
I had seen Dr. Ho for over one year but I stoped. I experienced the worst experiences ever with this doctor. There are some incidents that I concerned the most, for his knowledge and performances. I feel sorry to write but I can't recommend him to anyone. I don't feel comfortable writing a negative review that's why I waited over half year to write here.
Dr Ho is my "go to" doctor for pain His acupuncture is very good He is very committed to his patients Takes lots of time with you Explains issues well Saved my friend from a bad case I'd shingles diagnosing it VERY early! Staff very caring Highly recommended
Dr. Ho has been my primary physician for years. He is readily available. He spends time, listening to his patient's issues and needs, caring about the overall condition of the individual. He is able to use both Western and alternative medicines, and he is an excellent acupuncturist. He explains in detail. I trust his advice to treat conditions in a thoughtful, reasonable manner.
Disappointing second visit for my daughter. He got tired of answering questions after about 10 minutes in the exam room. He barely looked at my daughter. He left the room, never returning, at which point the office clerk saw us out.
If you value your life do NOT go to Dr. Ho, he literally almost let me die in his office. I had to switch to this doctor because of my health insurance and I'm so happy I was able to change to a different Doctor. I have asthma, I've had it most of my life but it comes and goes. I called the office to ask to refill a prescription for my inhaler, they refused to do it over the phone and said i needed to come to the office, i told them my asthma was acting up and that I couldn't make it to the office before they closed but the pharmacy was open late so I could pick it up. If they looked at my charts or history they would have seen I've had this issue in the past. I went down to the office the next morning right when they opened, at this point I couldn't even talk because I couldn't breathe, my lungs were so tight and I was gasping for air. I told the lady at the front desk I needed a breathing treatment immediately it was hard to get out the words but I knew she heard me. She charged my card for the co-pay and after 10 minutes in the waiting room they put me in a room in the back. At this point they should have gotten the breathing machine out and have been giving me a treatment, but no, I waiting about 15-20 minutes in that room gasping for air getting very little in my lungs, the doctor finally came in and started asking me a ton of questions, I couldn't respond to any of them because I couldn't get enough air in my lungs to talk, he didn't even look at me the whole time and then he ask, why are you not answering any of the questions? I was so shocked tears started rolling down my cheeks, I thought this is it, I'm going to die because this guy has no damn clue that I can't breathe because he doesn't care about me at all. After about 10 minutes of trying to ask me questions he finally listened to my lungs, and said I needed a breathing treatment. Ya no sh*t I need a breathing treatment, that's what I asked for right when I got there. The nurse came in and set up the machine. When I was done I could finally breathe. They said I was good to go, I told them no he should see me again and do an exam, and the nurse said I was ok to leave, I asked for a prescription for an inhaler and they said the only reason we are giving you one is because you're having issues breathing but we need you to come back for another appointment so he can examine your lungs and get to know them better. Why was I there in the first place?!?!? So he could examine my lungs, so why did I need to come back? I was so livid at this point, the girl that checked me out was also the one I told I needed a breathing treatment for immediately when I first entered, I asked her "what is the first thing you need in life to live? " she looked at me with a blank face. I said "air, you need air to live, and when someone comes in here and they can't breathe the first thing you should be doing is get that breathing treatment machine out, not let them wait 40 minutes". They should have also given me a prescription for my lungs because i developed bronchitis after that, they know I'm on Humaria for my Crohns and that I get sick easily, Dr Ho didn't even care, I think they just wanted me to come back so they could just keep getting money. Then I asked for them to refill my birth control prescription when I was there, the same thing I've been on for almost 15 years, they said they couldn't and I needed to see a different doctor, I asked for them to refer me to one with the insurance and they said I needed to come back for that. I was so out raged by the whole thing, I waited out the month then changed doctors, I also filed a complaint with my insurance with them and when the insurance contacted them they lied and twisted the story. I'm just so disappointed that there are humans in this world that are like this. He only cares about the money, he is the worst doctor, doesn't care about your life at all.
Dr Ho's office just cares about money! We went for a medical for our green card and got charged $995 for the family (cash only) for 45 minutes of his time. The first time everything had to be reviewed so the cost is maybe high but we are in OC. The surprise came today. We now have to renew the medical due to delays in processing our immigration documents. They want to charge another $1000 just for 45 minutes of time and to make a copy of the documents (my immunizations have not changed over time) and cash only!!! Our attorney stated most doctors charge around $50-$60 to renew. Great way to take advantage of people doing things lawfully. After a long discussion they will not budge. Luckily found someone much more professional who will charge less and takes my company card or check to do it from scratch. A MD asking for cash only sounds like I am a criminal going to get treatment for a gun shot!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
