I made an appointment with Dr. Ho for my annual physical check. When the day I arrived, the assistant gave me a simple check such as Blood presure, weight, height, then I was taken to a room to wait, About 10 minutes, Dr. Ho came in and asked me out of the room and signed on a paper with the dada of weight, height, blood presure, then that's all for my annual physical check. After a couple of days I received a bill, it showed my visit is for my eye problem. I called Dr. ho's office several times to ask them to correct, didn't response. I am so disappionted with Dr. Ho's service at this appointment.

Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dr Ho. is very knowledgeable in family practice. He takes his time to listen to my symptoms. He is never in a hurry to move to another patient before I get a clear understanding of my symptoms. He and his staffs will follow up to make sure I am ok. I highly recommend Dr. Ho.

Had to cancel appt. so they refused to see me as a patient anymore. I was never told this would happen if I cancelled. I tried to talk with the Dr. to see if he knew about this but they refuse to let me talk with anyone.

After a 5 minute consultation, I was given 3 prescriptions. I thought a holistically trained doctor would have provided more options rather than just prescribing medication. I was disappointed and try to address this, but he was on to the next patient.
