Mountains Community Hospital Rural Health Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Since 1974 this hospital has cared for patients. Originally named the Santa Anita hospital. Great to meet Jeanne at the Gift Shop. Prices are reasonable and all here were friendly and accommodating.On March 2, 1991 MCH achieved its first three-year Joint Commission accreditation and today MCH retains its' JC accreditation and its historic building from 1951. Pleasure meeting Deepa (thanks for your assistance) with the regional colloquial term and description--MP.Parking is ample and doors were opened. Grateful for the hospitality, do notice the helipad---east side---for emergencies and intake with direct access to ER. Thanks to Mary in admitting and to Allan for direction.

So Newsom buys $1 BILLION (with a B) worth of masks from CHINA.  When i show up for an appointment, these nurses have the audacity to tell me they dont have any masks for me and that I have to reschedule the appointment.  If that was the case, you'd have thought they would be courteous enough to inform me of this when they called to remind me of the appointment, or when I scheduled the appointment to begin with.... Douche Bags.  This is what your New "Democratic Socialism" looks like CA.    Good Job IDIOTS.  Lets Vote Another One Into Office This Year!!!

This Rural Health Clinic here is an absolute joke. Drove here all the way from Big Bear, and was 6 minutes late to my appointment due to road work in Running Springs. They refused to see me with an empty waiting room. Said there was no grace period, which was never told to us.This place is honestly.such a joke. Cost me 2 hours in driving and $25 in gas, for nothing.And they were not sympathetic about it at all. Straight disrespectful.

Always an excellent experience at Rural Health Clinic in Lake Arrowhead! My son always looks forward to seeing Virgil, who has helped us a few times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone takes the time and goes above and beyond. Office and rooms are clean and in good order. Also, appts are lower in cost than some other offices, which we appreciate! Highly recommend!

I went to dentist on a Friday here and was really impressed with the dentist. He didn't try to gouge me for more work on my teeth than needed. Real nice and honest dentist. And the staff were awesome. They were down to earth and treated me with respect and kindness. This will be my permanent dentist for now on and it takes me over an hour to get there- it's very worth it. I promise you.

I've been going to this hospital for 45 years off and on and I've always had a good experience. I've also worked here for a short time and that's a different story. Did not like the manager at all. But overall a very good experience.

not sure why others have issues here the staff is always friendly with me they often have appointments the same day and I adore Dr Ping she always pulls my entire file and follows up with past items glad we have this clinic here in Arrowhead!

I had an appointment today with this Clinic at 9:10. I called at 9:08 and said I was just pulling in, to let them know I was there. But they would not see me because their clocks were set at least 1 minute ahead, and they have no grace period. I went in anyway and they refused to see me, and said I could wait all day if I wanted, for a cancellation. I'm clearly very sick with a sinus infection....but I could have been dying, it wouldn't have mattered. Always the worst service I've ever encountered, but this takes the cake!!
