Thank you for having me wait an hour beyond my appointment for my covid test without any contact from your employees, subjecting me to a full new patient assessment which I was not scheduled for, failing to providing me any informational paperwork regarding my visit, and not allowing me to leave for half an hour after my appointment with no explanation. I regret even considering getting my covid test here; it would have been faster and easier to drive down the hill for a less invasive, painless test.Save yourself the stress of scheduling here and try to find an appointment elsewhere; my experience with MCH Rural Health Clinic was horrible and traumatic.

The absolute worst.  Rude on phone.  Called for a Covid test for a sick relative.  You know the test that takes 10 seconds or less to swab your nose.  No appointments until a week later.  Seems like they would prioritize Covid tests in a pandemic.  No.  Just awful. Save yourself and go elsewhere if you can.

I've had asthma all my life I asked for a prescription of prednisone because I was having problems with breathing  my doc  PA Yang refused told me to go to the emergency room to have them look at me when they could've simply called in a prescription of prednisone to help me breathe Dr. Yang is a joke this place should be shut down will be calling the state board to file a complaint stay

They are extremely lazy & don’t care about getting you better. I’ve been having to come back and forth because the nurse practitioner seems to think any sickness is covid so I’ve been sick for 2 months straight since he won’t check for anything but covid, And when a throat swab was done I called back and apparently they don’t have it. Definitely worth going dth to a different clinic or urgent care because you will waste your time here. I’ll be posting names when I find out

I made my 19yr old daughter a app and couldn't go with her do to surgery.Shes had stomach problems for me 7 months.They made her wait in car until she was heat sick and crying and when she asked me to come in they said because it was her stomach that it could be covid related and couldn't see her? She's vaccinated and it's been chronic for 7 months! Very unprofessional and cruel.

Since 1974 this hospital has cared for patients. Originally named the Santa Anita hospital. Great to meet Jeanne at the Gift Shop. Prices are reasonable and all here were friendly and accommodating.On March 2, 1991 MCH achieved its first three-year Joint Commission accreditation and today MCH retains its' JC accreditation and its historic building from 1951. Pleasure meeting Deepa (thanks for your assistance) with the regional colloquial term and description--MP.Parking is ample and doors were opened. Grateful for the hospitality, do notice the helipad---east side---for emergencies and intake with direct access to ER. Thanks to Mary in admitting and to Allan for direction.

Danielle in the dental clinic is the greatest! Very professional, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. She seems to enjoy what she does and is very good at it!Thanks Danielle!

Always an excellent experience at Rural Health Clinic in Lake Arrowhead! My son always looks forward to seeing Virgil, who has helped us a few times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone takes the time and goes above and beyond. Office and rooms are clean and in good order. Also, appts are lower in cost than some other offices, which we appreciate! Highly recommend!
