Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Receptionist wasn’t even there, she must have been on lunch or something. When she got back she didn’t take the patients in order even though the sign in sheet was right in front of her to see when people got there. I waited and waited until ever single person in the waiting room (I was the first one there) was called before me. Then I FINALLY get to a room and waited another hour just to wait AGAIN when he said I needed an X-ray. The doctor was nice but that is about the only compliment I can give. Absolutely ridiculous. I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

I had an appointment at 2 pm today. Arrived 15 min early . Staff told me the “provider “ left for lunch and will not be back till 3 o’clock so I have to come back at 3 PM. I told her I have an appointment at 2 o’clock. She said yes I’m sorry. I said how is a doctor going to walk out of there appointment. Horrible service.

Horrible service! I had an appointment at 2 PM today. I arrive 15 minutes early just in case paperwork needed to be filled out. When I arrive the receptionist told me that the provider left for lunch and will not return until 3 PM and I will need to come back at 3 PM. I told her it took me 20 minutes to get here. Why didn't anyone call me? She just apologized and said there's nothing she could do. Then when I asked her where there was another accelerated care, she said we do not encourage you to go to other ones, but you can if you want. First I would like to know how a doctor/provider leaves with no coverage knowing they have an appointment in 15 minutes? Horrible service I do not recommend.

Everyone was so nice. Dr. took time to really listen to me about my ailment. He then explained how he was going to treat me and what medications he was going to prescribe. Super nice and attentive. Best Urgent Care I've ever been to!!!

I was there right when they open, I was there in and had great customers service Doctor was very nice. Clean facility. They got me fixed up. So please to have this Urgent Care close to home.
