Dr Ketchel was fine . The way they have their front office set up is not safe . They have a rug over an cord at the front door . I tripped over it . Not safe & when they sprayed the seats or chairs. It was not like you would expect a medical office to be at this time .

Dr. Ketchel is excellent. He spends time with you to discuss your ailment & treatment plan. He's patient, sympathetic & kind. Very unpretentious & polite. I'm glad VCC came to Lake Elsinore and brought us this wonderful man.
