Lake Elsinore Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I don't recommend this practice. I setup an appointment back in mid May and they called me today 6/13/22 stating that the doctor Hao will have to cancel. I asked if someone else can see me. She said yes, it will have to be in July sometime. The practice is very unprofessional. They don't care about their patients.

Clueless, this place is a joke. So poorly runed little to no health care provided by a bunch a slackers.

Según tenía una cita para el físico y una vacuna para mi hijo y estuve esperando una hora y media y nunca llegaban luego de eso me llegan a decir que el físico se lo iban a hacer en dos meses la verdad no es justo en serio uno también pasa ocupado y pierde de trabajar por venir con sus hijos y salgan con eso en verdad eso indigna 😡! Cambiaré a otra clínica lo más pronto posible

Honestly this has been the worst experience regarding health care I’ve ever had. The dr is rude and so are the nurses. I’ve never been too such an unorganized establishment. They had no idea I was pregnant and kept asking at every dr appointment even though I got tested twice positive here until three months. I tried getting transferred numerous times but apparently it takes two months because here I am still waiting. The nurses don’t send paperwork when they say they do and honestly it’s all a big joke because all they do is chit chat all day instead of actually helping you. If you want mediocre service and poor attitudes this is the place for you. Highly do not recommend.

The wait was over 45 minutes with an appointment. Dr Chang wanted to run blood work for a medication my child has been taking since 5 years old. I told the doctor none of his other doctors had ever required blood work and that he needs a refill as soon as possible. Chang said she doesn't know why other doctors didn't run blood work, but she wasn't filling my child's medication until receiving the results. I highly doubt 6 other doctors before her were all wrong and she's right. No something is off and I will be taking my child to a doctor I trust.

This place is horrible, always cancelling appointments saying the Doctor had an family emergency or sick and to reschedule a new appointment it takes up 2-4 weeks to give you a new appointment. They cancel my 8 month baby app 3 times! Plus made me wait in the room for almost 2 hours just so baby could get her shots.

The place looks cheap and unclean. It took over 45 minutes to be seen with an appointment. My child is 12 and has a diagnosis of an illness since he was 3 and Dr Chang required blood work and other tests that have never been asked of him before. It's like she wanted to force lots of exams on him that were not necessary. When I asked her why, she said it's required and she doesn't know why other doctors never did it. So, like 5 other doctors before her were wrong? No. Something is wrong with this place and this doctor. Never bringing my child here again.

Go anywhere but here. Waited in the waiting room for 2 hours because the place is severely understaffed. They don’t care about you and want you out as quick as possible. It also seems like they aren’t knowledgeable and inject you with whatever vaccine to get you to leave. Please go get your vaccinations, tests, whatever somewhere else. 🙏

I don’t recommend coming here my son was seen by Dr.Hao and nurse practitioner Bautista he has a lump on his neck I expressed my concern Dr.Hao said it’s a swollen lymph node and he’s just fighting the infection well he it got bigger so I scheduled the fastest appointment which was the nurse. I go in there expressed my concern she says okay let’s do an ultrasound we get it done she tells me his lump is benign. Well that’s not true to know it’s benign you need a biopsy. I called today to expressed my concern again about the information she told me was wrong and that we want a second opinion from a specialist. She sends it in with attitude which I expected. I would not recommend coming here at all.
