Lake Elsinore Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

Honestly this has been the worst experience regarding health care I’ve ever had. The dr is rude and so are the nurses. I’ve never been too such an unorganized establishment. They had no idea I was pregnant and kept asking at every dr appointment even though I got tested twice positive here until three months. I tried getting transferred numerous times but apparently it takes two months because here I am still waiting. The nurses don’t send paperwork when they say they do and honestly it’s all a big joke because all they do is chit chat all day instead of actually helping you. If you want mediocre service and poor attitudes this is the place for you. Highly do not recommend.

The wait was over 45 minutes with an appointment. Dr Chang wanted to run blood work for a medication my child has been taking since 5 years old. I told the doctor none of his other doctors had ever required blood work and that he needs a refill as soon as possible. Chang said she doesn't know why other doctors didn't run blood work, but she wasn't filling my child's medication until receiving the results. I highly doubt 6 other doctors before her were all wrong and she's right. No something is off and I will be taking my child to a doctor I trust.

Go anywhere but here. Waited in the waiting room for 2 hours because the place is severely understaffed. They don’t care about you and want you out as quick as possible. It also seems like they aren’t knowledgeable and inject you with whatever vaccine to get you to leave. Please go get your vaccinations, tests, whatever somewhere else. 🙏

I don’t recommend coming here my son was seen by Dr.Hao and nurse practitioner Bautista he has a lump on his neck I expressed my concern Dr.Hao said it’s a swollen lymph node and he’s just fighting the infection well he it got bigger so I scheduled the fastest appointment which was the nurse. I go in there expressed my concern she says okay let’s do an ultrasound we get it done she tells me his lump is benign. Well that’s not true to know it’s benign you need a biopsy. I called today to expressed my concern again about the information she told me was wrong and that we want a second opinion from a specialist. She sends it in with attitude which I expected. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Went & got vaccinated I had 8.00 appointment 15 minute wait nursesare really good & pleasant & lots of parking ,also very clean inside and out.

One of the most disorganized irresponsible unprofessional staff they been rescheduling my appointment 4 fxxxxn times this place is a joke I don't know how there in business the doc calls off every day and I get a call a day before my appointment show up and they're like sorry we're gonna have to reschedule fucken stupid staff no stars on my behalf make sure they don't charge ur medical or insurance they shady af

Worst customer services I have ever had at any clinic. My first visit there was awful I thought maybe give them another chance and they disappointed me again. The Doctor is great he gets the job done. My first visit the nurse screwed up the paperwork and tried to give me a mammogram and I checked and it was another lady’s paperwork. So unprofessional and I asked to speak with a manager this time and she never came out the speak to me all they said was a few more minutes which turn to 30 more minutes until I decide to just leave. That place needs to be manage better.
