I’ve received excellent care at the Lake Elsinore location. I highly recommend this office. As an RN I’m always very observant of the kind of care I get. At VCC I’m always greeted at the door with courtesy, asked the screening questions for COVID, and asked to clean my hands. I appreciate that they’ve not lowered safety standards as so many places have. I’ve never waited more than five minutes to check in, and the staff are professional and friendly.When I first called to make an appointment for a pap smear, I ended up making a dental appointment at the same time, to the endless amusement of my family!I needed several appointments for dental and was seen by Olivia. She is so sweet and also exceptional at her job. I had my future appointments scheduled before I left. I’m very pleased with the dental department.I’ve been seen a couple of times in medical and have been happy with the care I’ve received. It’s sometimes frustrating to get an in-office appointment, and it can be weeks later. However, I’ve had no problem getting Telehealth appointments. I had a brutal sinus infection a few months ago and had a Telehealth call same day. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He suggested a plan of care, I agreed, and I was feeling better a couple of days later.The only issue I have is that I’ve been referred to two specialists and have never received a call from them. I called the clinic and they sent the referrals again. Still nothing. It’s been months. I know this isn’t the fault of the clinic, but maybe they should reconsider their choices of specialists.Overall, I’m happy with my care, the friendly staff, the doctors and NP’s. Also, this place is sparkling clean! I mean everything is really clean. I always see someone walking around disinfecting surfaces, door handles, seats, counters, bathrooms, everything! I’ve read the reviews where people have had bad experiences, but mine have been great.

The worst clinic in LAKE ELSINORE!!!! Don’t come here if you need an appointment they won’t take in it takes a whole moth to get seen by that time u don’t even need to been seen your better off at urgent care

I had to take a COVID test and that went fine. Until I needed my results. I had credentials for a first time login to the portal an that didn’t work. So I called them to try to figure it out and they said they would call me back and never did. I call them back an then they tell me I have to drive back just to get a physical copy ….. service was horrible an unprofessional

I have called twice and waited for an hour and half both times, never reached anyone. I have twice had to drive there to make an appointment. Both times I've taken my son, we have waited an hour to be seen (with appointment). We walk to the back and there is no patients being seen just staff chitchatting while we waited forever.

The star is only for the review, if I could give them 0 stars I would . I hate this place, the woman there hate their jobs and are rude asf! Every time I go they are LATE! EVERY TIME! Switch insurances, switch dr's just don't come here!!

Worst customer service EVER. I called multiple times to schedule and eventually cancel my appointment and each time I was put on hold for 2-3 hours and hung up on multiple times after waiting the 2-3 hours. No one ever answers the phone. I tried to call the day of my original appointment to say I might be late an no one ever answered the phone, in fact I was hung up on once again after being on hold for AN HOUR and when I got there I was told I won't be seen and have to make a new appointment another month out. "Your time is very valuable to us" is some kind of joke because it's obviously not if you put people on hold for this long. I even left my number for them to call back when it was "my turn in the queue" but no one ever gets back to me so I'm left to call and wait 2-3 hours again the next dayIf you are recommended this place by IEHP or any other insurance company I'd suggest to look around for a different place. I can't say what staff are like as I'm canceling my appointment and taking my business elsewhere, no one should have to wait HOURS just to make an appointment, try to let them know you'll be late, or cancel and appointment. Terrible customer service for all the positive reviews, they should really work on that

I was extremely nervous to go to the Dr for the first time in years and i had such a great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the Dr were very freindly and welcoming. Both nurses that helped me were SO nice and so understanding of my anxiety and jitters regarding my visit , I am so thankful for the outstanding care I received and will be back for my follow up visit and many more.

I have never needed a zero star option more in my life. This is the most disgustingly dirty, disorganized and uncaring medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of being treated at. It's been over a week trying to get a high risk pregnancy confirmed so I can get the help I need to make sure my baby sticks and no one will give me my test results. Conveniently right as they are closing a nurse finally gets on the phone with me, after leaving messages for a call back all day, and says they got my results this morning but the dr already left and she isn't allowed to interpret them. Nor would she just read the levels off to me so I could interpret myself, I've been through enough TTC and losses to know where the numbers need to be for a baby to stick. Then a week later I go through the same thing. Being told I will receive a call when they get my results with so much attitude just to not get a call when my results come in! My husband has been in pain for almost a year trying to get referrals and things he needs to get help from this place with very little luck. He's finally seeing one of 3 specialists he needs and we will be switching doctors through our insurance as soon as that appointment is over. You would never believe the struggles we have gone through with this place. We should of switched a long time ago but didn't want to start over with husband's care. But there is no chance in hell I'll trust my prenatal care to these people. And starting over somewhere else will probably get my husband help sooner anyway.

Hoping all the bad reviews weren’t true - I didn’t have a bad experience actually going in but I only went once. Since scheduling my appointment a little more than a week ago, I’ve called everyday, 2-3 times a day and no one picks up the phone, it just sends you to another menu that has no option for scheduling appointments so you just have to hang up and call again - there’s no place to leave a message either. I also tried texting to schedule and got no responses and using other options but no one answered those lines either so. It’s extremely frustrating and I will be changing hospitals because of this.
