List of Camino Health Center - Lake Forest's Reviews
I brought my 6 year old in for a dental problem she had been experiencing for 6 months. The staff and dentist were professional, very gentle and helpful with my daughter. My daughter left the office pain free after six months of suffering. The dental clinic is clean and accomodating. Highly recommended.
I am very satisfied with my experience with Camino Health Center- from getting an appointment, the friendly staff who meets patient outside the building to take temperature, my Nurse Practitioner and assistant. They are all professional and have great customer service. The facility is new, well kept and always clean. They are also very good in followups with patient with regards to medication refill, referrals, etc. Great work, Camino Health!
I have been visiting Camino Health Centre since a year now. They are doing a wonderful job. The staff, nurses and the doctors are very helpful. My heartfelt gratitude, God bless the entire team.Dr. Abazari is a wonderful human being ❤ and an amazing doctor who hears her patients and their problems and takes care of them. She is like a sunshine🌞 full of positive vibes. THANK YOU Doctor 🙏I wish Camino Health Center all the best and THANK YOU for serving the people in need, we appreciate the hardwork and efforts of each and everyone of you.🙏 💐 🙏
They are the worst in communication. They never call you back when they should. Hate it!
Almost half an hour so they can take my call to make an appointment and they never answered so I never made the appointment.
This place is horrible! The only reason I have to go there is because Medi-Cal assigned me.
Came into the Camino Health care Center, in Lake Forest because I had an ear infection and they said I could wait here through lunch and wait for the next appointment to cancel just to have my ear looked at the lady that is in the front was so rude that is she said you should leave now after waiting two hours because they’re probably not gonna get you in.There’s nobody here in the waiting room the girls are just sitting around
I understand there is a Pandemic, but negligence and irresponsibility are not an excuse. Just as in my past experience, the Camino office has not followed up with me regarding my test results. The nurse knows well enough that there is pain involved and it could be fatal or worrying and still does not call you. As before, the test results are lost and I have to make multiple calls and wait days before it is magically "found". Sadly, even after 10 days of waiting while being in pain, the related nurse does not even call you. I am done with you, Camino.
I called same day I had a bad toothache that kept me up. I called that morning and they were pretty booked and receptionist talkwd to Dentist and he agreed to make room for me. Extraction for wisdom tooth and one other bad broken tooth. Dentist was kind and kept me calm as he was putting local anesthesia in. He I did not expect same day treatment. I'm so grateful they were compassionate about me and took me in on busy day and with covid restrictions. Thank you!!!
I started coming here a little over a year ago and up until today, everything had been going well. However, today I missed my appointment because they failed to tell me that it was supposed to be IN-PERSON. Mind you they sent me a text message 2 days prior to my appointment today and one yesterday, both of which stated that all medical appointments were being held over the phone and not to come into the clinic. That's, not one but, TWO text messages telling me NOT to come into the office "unless otherwise instructed". Therefore, I assumed my appointment would be held over the phone. Which didn't seem strange to me at all either since this is what they had been doing in the past due to the pandemic. Fast forward to today and I'm sitting at home waiting for the phone call. Finally I got the call but it wasn't for my appointment like I was expecting. Instead they called to say my appointment was in-person, to which I replied that I was never told that when I made the appointment in the first place. And not only that but I had also received TWO text messages clearly stating NOT to come in. Their solution? They asked me to wait around to see if there were any cancellations, and if so, they could take me in today. They also went ahead and rescheduled me for a later day in case there were no cancellations today. The whole ordeal was very frustrating because I cleared my schedule for this appointment only to not have it happen at all. I'd also like to add that when they rescheduled my appointment, I received a text saying that they could put me on a waitlist if I wanted to come in sooner. Which is very interesting since I was informed there was no such thing when I initially called to make the appointment for today. I asked if there was any way I could be seen sooner and if there was any waitlist I could get on in case they had any openings before my appointment date. The lady informed that they do not have a waitlist and that if I wanted to come in before my appointment day, I'd have to keep calling the office to see if there were any cancellations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
