My life would not be where it is today without the help of Enas Elshiwick. I am so much more of a confident person. She has helped me realize reality and stop negative thoughts from flooding my brain. My mind is much more at peace. Our first battle we tackled was body image issues that I had struggled with since a child. After uncovering that we have resolved issues I did not even realize I had! It is like peeling away the layers of an onion. Now I am able to realize dysfunctional thinking on my part which leads me to pursue dysfunctional relationships - no longer! I pursue healthy relationships now. Because of my therapist, Enas Elshiwick, and my own diligent work on transforming my brain from her professional guidance, I know I am of value and deserving of being loved!

1- Not attentive 2- Makes you feel worse 3- Reads her texts and responds to them while in session 4- Puts you down. I honestly think she is a very bitter woman who wants to make all other women feel terrible so she can make herself feel better.

I have been to Dr. Enas a couple times. She is absolutely useless. If you want to have a solution or feel better in life, please do not go to her. She is looks like an unhappy person that wants everybody to feel miserable about themselves.

she makes the patient feel worse about herself. nothing other than rambling. no skills of CBT. waste of time.

Very short sessions - only 35-40 minutes. Only saw her 3x. Very cognitive in approach - i.e., it's all how you think about things. Not very attentive - she responded to text message during my (last) session! Then office erred and double billed insurance. Not recommended.
