been coming to this location since I was a kid & have always had great experiences.Really thankful that the staff has great knowledge in the insurance area & are so nice.I've had times where I ran out of contacts & they provided me a pair They also assist me with adjusting my glasses

This was my go to for eye doctor appointments until I lost my employer paid vision insurance. Dr. Deguzman and his staff were great. Super helpful and nice. Never had problems getting appointments or having to wait long. Cute glasses avail too.

I was in town visiting family and forgot my contacts. The staff was so warm and gracious and they were able to give me some free samples to last through my trip. Highly recommend them!

They have been really amazing these years we've been with them. Sadly, we're moving, but this staff has always been kind and friendly with us. They answer questions and help you find options as well as keeping in mind your insurance and what's best for you, etc. Dr. Celis is also kind and mild-mannered.

Worst eye doctor ever. The only reason I went there was they could meet my work schedule. The doctor argued with me and they argued with me about my insurance. Initially they told me that my glasses were going to be $600 and when I argued with them about my insurance and showed them my check stub my glasses miraculously dropped to $215. I had hoped to find a good eye doctor to continue with however this is not the place. They took my glasses to clean them or test them or whatever they do and the following day the inside coating started peeling. I couldn't see out my glasses for the week and a half but it took to get my new glasses. I almost always read reviews before I go somewhere and unfortunately I did not. I am not sure that my prescription is accurate. I also had a red mark on my eye and they told me it was either going to be $15 for my office visit or $135 if they decided it was a medical visit. They wouldn't tell me beforehand with the criteria was. Terrible experience and the woman that I guess was an office manager was extremely rude.

Been coming here for years, easy to make appointments and great selections of frames, Dr Celis and staff are easy to comunicate with. Great Optometry service in the lake forest area.

Mienten!! Lleve mi frame y me los perdieron les dije q me los pagaran y me dieron unos q alguien les regresó les dije q no era justo y me sacaron de la manga un "te dijimos q si se perdian ni te los podemos regresar """ q estupidez mas grande!! Le dije q me comprobara donde me dijo oh donde decia eso y no tuvieron respuesta!!! Fui a cotsco y x 300 dolares menos agarre el mismo lente mucho mas barato!!! No vayan a ese lugar a q les roben su dinero cotsco es mucho mejor y mejor trato al cliente y mucho mas honestos!!!!

they steal your money!!! do not go here. i took my gucci glasses in and they lost them and didn't refund me anything i paid $500 for them and i showed receipt and they didn't care they said they couldn't give me anything back.
