This was so painless Customer servicefront office staff is excellent knowledgeable and friendly. I just walked right in without an appointment at 800am for a rapid COVID test and at 830am I had my results negative no symptoms just a precaution..and was out the door Give them a try you won’t be sorry.

Came in for a quick COVIDTEST. Aside from it being a busy morning I got attended fairly quickly And had one of the best experiences with the medical staff there Markos and Samson was both very sweet and friendly

This was my first time at an urgent care and the personnel was really helpful. Adam and Samson were really pleasant and made me feel at ease while yet ensuring that I was well taken care of. I strongly suggest coming here.

Came in to this office as a new patient for covid testing and got treated well from front staff to back office. The Front receptionist I believe his name was Sam was very helpful on explaining and verifying my insurance. Once I got called in I felt I was in good hands. Nurse Markos was skilled at his work from vitals to my covid test I would thought it would be painful covid test but the nurse did it professionally I didn’t felt as much discomfort from other clinics. I would highly recommend coming here for Covid Testing and general care. Dr. Nugent was very efficient and understandable. Overall one of the best experience I had in an urgent care setting.

My employer was not letting me go back to work without a covid19 test because I was showing symptoms everywhere I was calling they were not doing rapid testing. I called Lake Forest urgent Care and spoke with Sampson and he informed me that they give results in 15 minutes no appointment needed was in and out with my results within 20 minutes and back to work I go. Would definitely come back
