it says on the google search that referral is not required for curbside Covid 19 test. In fact I just spoke with them and they require that you make a video appointment, see a physician, and then they will refer you to their own clinic for a test. So… either the insurance billing is doubled, or you have to pay $140 cash for a curbside rapid test.

The male doctor is totally unprofessional. I went with ear problem. He talked to me like I was retarded because he couldn’t see anything in my ear. He asked me if I was going to “remember” what I should be doing to feel better?? Well following day, Not feeling any better. Went to my doctor and I have a double ear infection. Horrible experience. Maybe it’s the only place he found a job.

Everyone I have ever interacted with at this establishment, on two separate occasions, has been exceptionally pleasant, friendly, kind, and professional. I don't think I've ever experienced anything like this at any other healthcare establishment. I've gotten Covid tests here twice, and they come out to your car to do them, which is so much better than sitting around inside a questionable waiting area inside. I also love that they do video visits and don't waste everyone's time dragging them into the clinic when an issue can be easily addressed by phone or video. Their website is also easy to use and you can upload all your documents and fill out all the forms remotely from the comfort of your home. I'm a huge fan of this company and I hope they don't change.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Their communication is outstanding and these people truly care. I felt so fortunate to be under their care and they treated me like family. Thank you once again!

My wife and I just adopted twin girls and were having a really hard time getting one of them into a doctor since we were pending medical documents being sent from out of state. We were turned down at 8 different doctor/urgent care offices but Clineva reps really went above and beyond to help us figure out the pending medical info. Specifically, I would like to thank Alexandria, Amy, Nicole and John for providing a great experience. Very rare to get this kind of service in an urgent care or any medical office for that matter. Very pleased. Wish I could make them our PCP. Haha. Thanks Clineva for a great experience!

Was one of the most efficient and fast urgent care visits I’ve ever had. The staff and facilities were clean and orderly and I was able to get all my rapid test for Covid, meeting with Doctor and diagnosis within an hour.

Prepare to pay for the Covid-19 test out of pocket.If you believe that Families First Coronavirus Response Act should cover your testing, Clineva doesn't. You will be charged out of pocket, explained that they do not accept or bill that amount to the insurance, and happy to send you to the collection agency.

I am visiting from out of town. I randomly selected this place because it had good reviews and a couple that maybe someone was having a bad day.It was clean, very pristine and everyone was really nice, even the people that I didn’t have any personal interaction with. The lab screening was done quickly and I was in and out in no time. I don’t think I waited even five minutes after I got done with my paperwork done.Hopefully I will not have to visit an urgent care again when I’m out here visiting. However this will be the only place I go when I’m here.
