Worst experience ever!!! Called in advance to check if they were going to do a certain procedure and they answered yes. Faster waiting for one hr and half I finally see a doctor that confirmed the opposite. Total waste of time and $75 deductible !!!!

David and Kyla are THE best! Talk about customer service! They went way above and beyond for us to get our immigration medical forms completed. I've never written a Yelp review before. So, just trust me. Go to OC Urgent Care in Lake Forest! You will be well taken care of.

I highly recommend OC Urgent Care to anyone in need of their services! Dr. Wu is fantastic and the entire office was great. When I had an emergency they were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able take care of my emergency with much ease, knowledge and support from OC Urgent Care. I decided which urgent care to go to in an emergency based on Yelp reviews and I now see why they have such great reviews!

I'm so glad they were open to see my little girl today! I called a few other urgent cares in the area and I was placed on hold for a long time. I called OC Urgent Care and was assisted after the first ring. Thank you Dr. Wu for the great service!

Dr. Wu and the front desk were amazing ! Can't express how grateful I am that I was seen within an hour ! The office is beyond efficient and clean ! from the moment I walked in to seeing Dr.Wu, all of which was at least 20 minutes or less !! after days of uncertainty and worry, I came and was given the bottom line to what I was experiencing and my mind is now at ease !! Super friendly and caring and like I mentioned, efficient !! which is important cause everyone's time is valuable !! Would HIGHLY recommend this Urgent care clinic to anyone ! Thanks a ton to Dr.Wu and the Front desk !!
