Great with kids and takes his time with us. He seems genuinely caring and knowledgeable and we have trusted him to care for our son since he was a newborn in the hospital. The office is great and all the staff is awesome from the front desk to the nurses especially Annie.

Overall we have not had a bad experience and he is very patient. However charging me $70 to check my daughters ear is a bit much. During a routine checkup there was a little wax build up and the 30 seconds it took to get the wax out cost me $70 on top of the bill.

Dr. Chu is kind patient and wonderful with my son. He talks directly to him rather than around him hes about to turn 6 and he includes our son in the treatment plan. We trust him implicitly and feel very safe having our son in his care. Dr. Chu has personally called me on the phone several times to discuss concerns. Hes always available and accessible. The NPs in the office are amazing.
