I had one of my procedure done here on 28 th October. I find everyone very helpful and concerned. They were very busy still did their best. Thanks to all.

This place has thieves working there. My phone was stolen while I was having surgery on Friday Oct. 23rd. I had put my phone inside the nightstand that’s located next to my bed before the nurses wheeled me out the room. The nurses witnessed me putting my phone away. When I get wheeled back into the room after the surgery the nurses asked if I needed anything. I asked for my phone and one of them reached into the nightstand but couldn’t find it. They looked everywhere but no luck. All my other belongings were there but not my phone. I asked one of the nurses what was the next step she said that a report was done. She said that I had to wait and since everyone confirmed that I had put my phone away the hospital should replace it. The next day when I checked out the staff said that I had to wait til Monday since it was the weekend and the security manager wasn’t in. On Monday my wife called since I don’t have a phone but no one seemed to answer the phone we were given for the security administrator. Finally today Tuesday the 26th someone by the name of Nathan called back but he seemed no to know what was going to happen. He gave us the Risk management number to call but no one answered. I feel like my privacy was invaded and feel like my identity could be compromised since I had all my information in my phone. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Unless you don’t mind getting your property stolen.

THEY KILLING PEOPLE AND NOT WILLING TO TRANSFER THEM TO OTHERS HOSPITALS EVEN WE HAVE DOCTORS AND HOPITAL APPROVAL DONT SENT YOUR PEOPLE THERE

Worst hospital ever I went to the ER on 10192021 and it was a terrible experience. It seems like the staff doesn’t care about their patients. Don’t risk your health and life by going there.

The nurses here are rude I understand they deal with a lot and can’t imagine how hard it must be but being rude and unprofessional is not ok. Don’t let your loved ones get sent here.

Shows difference in visitors again. Sprays fumigating aroma in parking lot again. Alot of pedestrian walking again.

Firstly it’s an All Philippino staff. They are all so rude and pushy. You can’t understand what they are saying and they prioritize the Phillippino patients. Seen it with my own eyes. Also they allowed my sickly vomiting daughter to hiccups for 8 hours until I got there and went nutz Never ever even If I am half dead would I come back Everybody needs to be fired.

I was at the emergency room right now092321 335 an the stuff that they have in the emergency room is rude they need to hired different people. I took my mother in law emergency room and she told me that I can not go in because Im dont have the covi19 that way that she told me u have to get out from the living room and step outside u dont have the vaccine .....u know I been coming to the hospital for 12 years and this is the first time that the stuff are rude ..hired some else better than that...to talk to patient

Been sitting for more than 2.5 hrs nurse very rude my boyfriend is having problems with high blood pressure cant believe we are waiting so long for doctor to see him He can have a stroke

My niece was taken to this hospital by ambulance because Los Alamitos Hospital was crowded. She has very bad asthma and couldnt. breathe her chest was hurting every time she inhaled and she was lightheaded. All this hospital gave her was a stronger asthma inhaler. Thats it nothing else... She asked if they could give her a breathing treatment or something for her chest pain. She was told that they dont do breathing treatment at this hospital and wasnt given anything for pain. Afterward they discharge her. She stated that it was the worse hospital that she has ever gone to. I will be taking her to a real hospital tomorrow not a joke like this hospital..
