Very friendly and helpful. He also has a very nice lead nurse, Yolanda. My results were posted to my online portal promptly, all my questions were answered, and I was given additional information on how to contact them if I had any questions.

Decent doctor. Awful staff. Very little feedback on issues I have mentioned to him: weight gain/loss, arthritis, and lowering a prescription to attempt getting off of it. Very judgemental vibe from both him and his helper, Yolanda. Made my already very busy schedule even more difficult with wishy washy communication. My husband saw him once and never went back. Avoid if you care about passion, good bedside manner, follow through, and clear communication.

Terrible Doctor and even worse staff! The Doctor doesn't even pay attention to what you're saying. He kept ignoring my comments, walking out in the middle me talking to talk calls on his cell phone. He was very unprofessional. The staff is unprofessional as well. Very rude and do not know how to handle patients. Plus front desk claimed they were in network and got pre-approval to confirm what I out of pocket would be. The first of many lies. I got a huge bill in the mail for my first appoint which was supposed to be a covered consultation. They just uncharged for a bunch of stuff they didn't even do! Crooks! Never going back here again.

I needed a new general doctor and chose Dr. Shah. I really like him! He had a good sense of humor, friendly and got down to business. I saw him with pains shooting down my right arm. He checked me out, squeezed my neck/shoulder which recreated the pain. He then told me to go buy a neck pillow. I did. 2 weeks later and No more pain. Good doctor in my book. Nice nurse too.
