Marianne Mikhail's Online Review Report Card

Awesome visit. I've been looking for family practioner for some time looks like I've finally found one definitely recommend.

Front desk was really nice and got me in right away. Visit was really fast, didn't feel it was very thorough. I understand it was a check up visit. However, it was my first time there so just expected a bit more. I would return if needed. Very clean office also.

I’m very disappointed at Dr Marianne Mikhail for being so careless about her patients and their medical conditions. Although I reassured them that I had negative covid test result done by a medical facility and I just needed the Dr to examine my lungs and confirm I was on the right path of treatment and diagnosis, they repeated themselves that Dr could examine you only through tele-house. Finally my appt time comes and their system fails to send me text messages to be able to connect for tele-house. Everything was fine with my phone and I had been receiving text messages from everybody else. I asked the staff if I could talk with the doctor now that their tele house system was not able to connect us, they kept rejecting me that doctor was saying she could only talk with you through tele house system and not on personal phone. Seriously? Dr. couldn’t pick up the ofc phone and talk with her patient to see if she was able to breathe? I asked for simple phone conversation!!!! I think you’re in the wrong profession Dr. Michail. This is not a business, this is a profession that needs compassion and caring. I totally understand that you have to protect yourself and your staff but there is a limit to everything. A simple phone conversation listening to your patient could not make anyone sick. It would’ve shown your empathy and professional conduct for your practice.

Dr Mikhail is very kind and empathetic and really cares about her patients. She takes care of my whole family and truly cares about our well being. The staff is also very nice. I recommend DR Mikhail as a primary care physician.

Update: Dr. Mikhail completely misdiagnosed me and placed me on meds I did not need for months that I had to ween off of. I FINALLY received an accurate diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Mikhail for misdiagnosing me and giving me the chance to find a doctor who practices medicine accurately.

Loved my first experience:) she checked everything and made me feel comfortable. I send my boys and she had her husband checked them! They had a good experience as well!

Dr. Mikhail is my Primary, love her, she is attentive, and thoughtful, easy to talk too.Office staff is friendly, and helpful also.

Dr. Mikhail and her staff are some of the least professional and unethical medical staff we've ever come in contact with. They're poorly organized (we scheduled vaccinations for our 4 year old who is terrified of shots...when we arrived to our appointment, they informed is that they ""ran out" of one of the vaccines, so we'd have to come back to get the final one ""whenever we get them".) Her office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.

Dr. Mikhail has been my doctor for a couple of years now. She makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. If I need to see a specialist, she refers me right away so I can get an authorization as soon as possible. The front office staff and medical assistants are very nice and helpful. They usually get you in to see the doctor not long after you sign in at the counter, but there have been times when I've waited more than I would've liked in the room waiting for the doctor to come in. I'm guessing Dr. Mikhail's giving her full attention to the patients before me and the patient after me is having to wait until I get Dr. Mikhail to answer all my questions. She never makes me feel rushed and is very kind and patient. Dr. Mikhail is awesome and I'm happy I found her!!

Staff is very friendly and will always call back when a message is left. Doctor Marianne listens to your concerns and is very attentive. They will try their best to get you in with short notice.
