Don't go here!!! 3 and half hour wait and to be told go to primary doctor!!

Shitty customer service, they WILL make you wait hours for a service they tell you they provide, and will then refuse it after you've waited. If you're lucky enough, Kenia Watkins will do the honors of giving major attitude, and starting an argument with you, attacking her own client and threaten to call cps over a medical issue you're seeking help for :3 extremely unprofessional. Only go here if you're in the mood for something scary this Halloween because they'll show you what hell is like!

I got here at 6:15 pm and they qre not supposed to close till 7pm...needless to say the medical assistant told me qnd another young lady they have reached there capacity for the day. I have never heard of that. If you dont want to see qny more patient's the. Lock the door's. Rude

You won't be treated right here! Namesake doctors, very conditional. You'll be misdiagnosed and given incorrect advice. Save time and go to a center with good reviews. It matters!

I just called my insurance company and asked them to refer me to a closer urgent care to my house. So I wouldn’t have to drive way down to Optum. The insurance company gave me this location. It was the only other one I could go to in Long Beach. So I made a 6:00 pm appointment. I got there 10 minutes early as requested. I sat there for 30 minutes when the young lady told me she couldn’t approve my insurance. I don’t think she actually knew what she was doing. Because she kept focusing on my primary doctor group instead of the insurance. She told me the biller left at 5 . She was very nice. But I don’t think she actually knew what she was doing. So I had to drive to Optum urgent care on Redondo and Willow. Should’ve went there in the 1st place. SMH.

Patient beware. This place is privately owned, and don't give a damn about you or your insurance . I will never ever go back there again.

I came here because I had a skin allergic reaction when I got my eyebrows waxed. I got here at 1:20 and they said they couldn't see me. I asked why she said it was because of lunch. I asked what time will lunch be over so I could come back as they had no idea. smhhh Terrible answe.

I made my appointment for urgent care online. I was in and out of the office within 30 mins. Friendly staff and Dr was great! I would truly recommend!
