I have been a patient at AVKI for over 10 years and I really look forward to my Saturday treatments. Because Marcela really puts me at ease. She listen to my concerns and she has a very nice spirit.Marcela goes above and beyond to make sure every patient that she deals with is comfortable. Marcela, bring her motherly love and attention to all her patients. I am grateful to have Marcela as a tech on Saturdays.

Too traumatic to write everything. They decided my mom's life was not worth living and refused to do dialysis because she might die, she died because she didn't get dialysis.

They took care of my mom in the last couple years of her life. The professionalism, kindness, care, concern, and thoughtfulness of the nurses and other staff made her life better, and made handling being ill and the seriously of that easier for her to handle. There is a kindness that lifts the weight of the burden of what was for us, end of life care. When preparing for her peritoneal dialysis at home, they trained both her and I to be prepared for it. They were encouraging to me and supportive of my role as a caretaker as well. Upbeat, positive, sweet, and optimistic. Be careful with the physician you use here, but the other staff is just fantastic in a very difficult situation.

This place is careless about their patients. It's too much to say about what they did . But when I tried to complain they hang up on me (maria ). I will explain my story and report it to the business better bureau.

I have been a patient of Dr.Sunku for years .such a great Dr. His whole staff is so helpful and knowledgeable dealing with both my hemo and pd dialysis

This place of business has customers that come to their establishment but the people that bring their customers are at least 98% of them lowlife scum bags that like to throw trash out in the parking lot smoke on other people's properties play their loud Thumper music at 4:30 in the morning waking up Neighbors and the people who work at the establishment either can't do anything about it or don't want to do anything about it even when you call them and let them know what's going on in their own parking lots it seems like they don't have time to do anything about it their gardeners blow their leaves in their paper trash out into the street and onto neighboring properties rather than blowing it into piles and picking it up some of the customers walk their dogs over on other people's properties and they don't have any little bags to pick up their dogshit with so they just leave it on other people's properties maybe they should leave their little dog at home if they don't know how to properly take care of it and know what the laws are about picking up your fucking dogshit they should leave that fucking dog at home and for these low-life scumbags at like playing your music at 4:30 in the morning so I can't even call that music I just call it noise pollution so they're out there playing their noise pollution and the establishment were talking about here doesn't give a fuck so I don't give a fuck about them so I'm giving everybody that reads this knowledge of what goes on over here at the Antelope Valley kidney Institute thank you for reading my review
