The front desk need more training in how to talk the patients

I don't know about all these bad reviews on here but Bartz Altadona have been nothing but great to me they always answer the phone it's easy to get an appointment . Even if you come in as a walk in you still get seen in a pretty decent time . Best switch I've ever made.

Is give 0 if I couldI've been in and around many clinics in the LA district. Many, just because they have many shitty patients they still do not give shitty care. This clinic, they do. Almost every single one of their providers are negligent. And the horrible thing about this is that this is the ANTELOPE VALLEYS go to PRIMARY CARE PROVIDERS for Medi-cal and medi-cal HMO based patients. Jacked up.

This clinic just became one of the worst clinics I've ever been too. I'm currently pregnant and was told to come with a full bladder and come 30 min before. It has been a little more over an hour with a full bladder being told there's still people ahead of me. Seriously avoid coming here if you want to avoid a head ache and getting angry.

Olaf Avena hopefully I got his name correct so he can get credit. I meet with him at a event the clinic had on 03/22/2023 about switching providers and he told me he would give me a call on Tuesday afternoon and he kept his word and was able to set up an appointment for my son very soon than I had expected Olaf you are awesome!!!!!

Horrible! Not only Doctor didn't listen to my concerns, he was inappropriate too with comments

Let's start by saying that some of the negative stuff that people have written, while it can be true to a degree, it's not just about that. My fiance has been utilizing this facility for over 4 years now. She has her many of doctors at this facility and while sometimes it has been a longer than expected wait time, it's not always like that. But before you judge, you have to understand that there are hundreds of patients who are seen daily. I have seen where there's no seats left because they're booked, but I have also seen where there's almost every seat open and we're in and out long before her actual appointment time. I have dealt with some rude people here as well, but 99% of the staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and trying to do there best to get you in and out in a timely fashion while still answering all of your questions. Is this place perfect? Absolutely not, but it is kept cleaner and you'll be treated like a person as opposed to nothing like some of the negative feedback is stating. Just don't treat the staff like dirt, and I don't see them treating you like dirt.

I realize that this says that it's a medical office but they only treat the people they want to treat. The people they don't want to treat they just keep pushing aside and pushing aside. Once again the healthcare system has failed. They do surgeries without authorizations from the patient. Don't waste your time. Don't let anyone put their hands on you for any reason unless you know exactly what they're doing and why. They will make you think that it needs to be done when it does not. They say you're being rude because you're upset and in pain. They say that because they don't want to help you. So please save your time go to someone that will actually care. This place does not care. The hypocritic oath does not belong in this facility. There by no means taking an oath to take care of people. Their oath is to their paycheck. All they care about is their pay check. I have yet met someone who is in the medical field that actually does it because they care. Everyone at this office only cares about the paycheck. And just to add I really do not like doing negative reviews. But knowing that I could help someone else by making them aware of what kind of office this is I'm willing to put myself out there.

Spectacularly impersonal and completely unresponsive. Also nearly impossible to penetrate by phone.

First of all, when you call it takes forever for anyone to answer. When I try to call it will not accept my phone call because the automated person says, "we do not accept anonymous callers." My phone is not private or anonymous. I've been calling trying Bartz to resolve the problem for days and am told an IP tech will call me back. They never do. Nobody does. So evidently the personnel at Bartz couldn't care less if one is able to reach ones doctor, fill prescriptions or anything else. Not acceptable.
