List of Chhaya Agarwal's Reviews
We were recommended this pediatrician as one of the better ones in the area for our newborn baby. We used her until our baby was about 6 months old and switched doctors because we were disappointed with the service we received. Overall she was fine with the standard services (such as measuring heights and weight, and giving vaccines) but the doctor found random things wrong with our baby that did not actually seem to be there. Our new pedestrian found our baby boy to be perfectly healthy.A big issue was also the billing department. We were overcharged on numerous occasion, which we found out later by our insurance. Billing mistakes can happen, but should not occur almost every visit. In addition to this, it appeared that the doctor charged the insurance for services that were not provided. Health should not be a money game like this. If you use this doctor, I would recommend to verify your bills with your insurance and not to pay up front at your appointment. The staff seemed for the most part friendly but sometimes a little unknowledgeable, for example when it came to vaccine records or billing questions. It was a hassle to get the vaccine records filled out.We met with Dr. Tiffany once while Dr. Chhaya was traveling. Dr. Tiffany was amazing and we loved her service!

This is way overdue, years overdue, but now that I'm an adult I feel comfortable writing the well deserved review that this doctor deserves. I had seen this doctor my entire life from birth to 14 years old. Around 11 years old I kept having a lot of nausea and stomach pain. It was chronic. I missed tons of school and went to the dr often to see what was going on. Chhaya insisted nothing was wrong with me and I was doing this to get out of school. She said and I quote "children do not know what they feel." This went on for years. Finally when I was 14 the pain was so bad that my mother took me back again and insisted they do an ultrasound of my stomach. Thankfully, they had just hired a new physician, a male that I can't remember the name of, and he was shocked that no one could see how tender and bloated my stomach was. He ordered an immediate ultrasound and once that was done the ultrasound tech called back and told us I had a huge cyst wrapped around both ovaries. We immediately switched doctors. In the end, I had to have surgery to remove a FOUR LITER cyst. My surgeon said I was extremely lucky to not have had it burst because I would have either lost my ovaries and never been able to have children or I could have DIED. How you could possibly miss a child with an extremely swollen stomach getting worse for years, I'll never know You should be sued for malpractice but under the law I was not injured due to your negligence because I was lucky to not have it burst and luckier to have a mother who kept insisting for you to do something. Which you never did, your assistant did. I warn all parents taking their children here to do your due diligence. The staff there and the assistant were always pleasant but this could have ended a whole lot worse than it did.
One of the best pediatricians I have taken my son to. Top notch care and very good one on on skills with children. I couldn’t ask for a better dr for my child.
My 5 kids and myself have come here for 4 years now and have no complaints. Friendly staff, good care. The wait time can get up there but that’s any office these days. They schedule same day appointments when necessary. We drive 90 miles to keep Dr. Chaya as our PCP.
My daughter is 10, son is almost 2. Dr. Chhaya has been their primary pediatrician their entire lives . I am so happy a friend told me about her . She is the best pediatrician. Always caring , always very informative . Whenever my kids are sick her staff always finds a way to make sure they are seen as soon as possible . I am very happy with this office.
This place is a joke dont ever go to this place...if you have tricare please listen to my advice....the staff is rude, irresponsible, incompetent and no TLC at all to your kids the receptionist is illiterate, dumb or what we call a special kind of stupid...and this people are "DER KE DERKS"...becarefull...if i can give a negative star rating i will...AVOID THIS PLACE...
Very sweet, kind, attentive, caring... I don't have enough words. I wish I knew she existed before. She came to visit me in labor and delivery at AV Hospital. Gave me information about her office and I decided to give it a try. Absolutely love her, and her staff of nurses. My entire family is now using her services. Definitely recommend her.
Never go here! The office staff is terrible. To many incidents to complain about!!!Not only will you wait forever but anything you need to be done will be incorrect and take 3 times longer than it should.I have been a patient for over 21 Years since i was a baby and now that I am an adult realize that the staff has only their best interest in mind. Though I love Dr Chhya I will never return as a patient because of the lack of accuracy and care from the staff and little efforts shown each time I am in the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
