Daniel Mongiano's Online Review Report Card

I am working with a family that needs to move their loved one to assisted living/Memory care. They are very stressed and need to make this happen ASAP. The daughter faxed paperwork a week ago. I called 2 days later to find out there is no record of the paperwork in the file. I faxed it again. I called to confirm it arrived and waited on hold for half hour and never spoke to anyone. I following day I tried to call again with no luck so faxed a note.Today it has 8 days since the first paperwork was sent. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Faxed a note and the paperwork and in BOLD asked the office manager to call.This is so frustrating for a family in need to place their loved one in an assisted living to receive the care they need.

I have 10 years with Dr Mongiano, He is excellent doctor and he take his time with his patients. God bless you Dr Mongiano.

Today I had an Appoiment with my doctor Daniel Anguiano but my insurance was changed, and they can not assist me for that reason, I understand the procedures but I request to talk with the doctor and secretary don’t let me see him, is it so sad after so many years going there they can not assist me to get my recent results, you are interest only in to get money from the insurance companies instead to provide an excellent customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mongiano for several years now and I always feel that I received the best care possible.

I felt Dr. Mongiano was very thorough in his examination of me. He checked my records, asked me questions, and compassionately listened to my health concerns. He also met with me face to face instead of by phone which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mongiano.

New patient as of September and I have thus far been impressed with the staff and their willingness to help. It’s a given that this is a doctors office and they might be busier than we as patients anticipate. I called in and was assisted by Jocelyn who was kind and very quick and getting me referrals that I needed in a timely matter. I look forward to having positive experiences at this office and appreciate the willingness to help.

First visit was with a NP not the DR they don’t tell you that on the phone. The staff is rude and do not respect your privacy rights.They don’t care about you as a human being. Treat you like trash. They lie and don’t tell you anything.They gave me a prescription then would not honor it.The office manager Steph was very rude and they called me to tell me to find another DR. I filed a grievance against them.Don’t go here! Find an office that will respect you. They don’t even deserve 1 Star.
