I made an appointment here at this clinic for aPhysical for my little sister She had an appointment today. The staff at the front desk were rude. Very unprofessional my sister missed school for this appointment. I made this appointment at least a month ago. My mom is a Spanish speaker. So I made the appointment One of the front desk staff said “You should’ve made the appointment not your daughter” I’ve always made appointments or calls for my mom there shouldn’t been no excuse for no appointment. Hopefully the next appointment they don’t do this again !!

I'm not the type to leave comments, but this hurts my heart to know this Pediatrician is handling people's children. I took my daughter to Dr. Satey and first of all once he walked in the room he didn't even acknowledge my daughter. He just went directly to the paper works and started talking. He then told me to put my daughter on the table and hold her hands so he could check her ears. My daughter refused to lay down so Dr. Satey used his hand and pushed my daughter's head down on the table, my daughter screams out and started crying so I pull her up towards me, and then Dr. Satey checked her ears without any fuss. Dr. Satey has no patience with kids and he's not friendly. So mothers please take your child to someone who's going to acknowledge your child and care for them The nicest person in that office is Fatima and she's the front desk assistance. So thank you, Fatima.

The building has cool design!

We see dr Oscar. He is GREAT. But when they make the appointment in the morning, you'll be waiting FOREVER because the Drs come in late. But everything else is good

I never left a building so offended.One of their low quality doctors never chose to sit and listen to what I’ve sad to say, but rather interrupt me and refer me to nonsense that doesn’t have anything to do with my problem rushing me and wasting my time off.This place is subordinate and I cannot forget how terrible my experience was. The nurse working there was a sweetheart and I hope she finds a better place to work at.

Im just going to say this, i saw him for almost 4 years with my son, everything was good Until yesterday, my son was scared and traumatized because "doc Oscar" was grabbing so hard trying to put him on his lap he was almost fighting with my kid, my son was no breathing almost blue and he wouldnt let go, i told him to let go of him because he could hurt him, he almost trew my son to the side and started on yelling: i Can't do this, i Can't. He left and started on yelling angry and Furious to everyone that was there what i told him, the nurse told me: sorry, i said okay and i left the room and went up to him and said: sorry if you got mad of what i said but as a mother ..... he started talking over me and said how can i not be mad and i was going to finish saying this: i have all the right to say hey you can hurt him because that was no way on how to deal with any kid, but he just started to yell and scream at me and i show him how my son had his arms, they were all red both of his arms and he yelled at me saying this: thats how skin gets when you touch it, i said No... thats how it gets when they grab aggressively to a person. And you did it but dont scream im not even screaming i was trying to Apologize Even doe i didn't do anything wrong. But okay and he started on screaming saying just get out i dont wanna see you and bla bla bla. So for me thats not Professional and if they dont have tolerance or patience with Kids then why are they doing the job. They don't have any right to scream or yell to people and no right to grab aggressively to a child also I think they should find a way, a creative way to deal with a child no matter what. My son was out still crying and shaking and Traumatized. so please if your care about your son or daughter be sure to see 1st the attitude and Don't let no one harm your childers. I'm very disappointed of what just happened. An hour later I check my son and he had bruises on his arm I could sue him because of the mental and physical harm he did but I just hope that he acknowledge of what he has done and try to change that and if he thinks that the job hes doing is not for him because he doesnt have the tolerance or the patience to deal with kids then I hope he should drop of on what his doing and do something that he has patience and the tolerance. I wouldve like An apology from him but I have not received any call since then. And the nurses were there didnt not say anything maybe because they were afraid to lose their job. Also very Disappointment On their behalf. So parents out there I don't recommend this doctor for the own good of your children. thank you.

I’ve always came here and enjoyed my visits super easy and quick, but the first time I call to complain about something the receptionist told me that I didn’t have to yell at her. I was in no way yelling or raising my voice at her, but other than that the doctors and nurses are super nice.

Love Dr. Larrazzolo he is so kind, soft spoken and gentle with our son. So lucky to have him caring for our son.

I wouldn't even give this place a full star. We had a 5 week old baby projectile vomiting and I was told this was a stomach bug. I gave it a few days as suggested by Dr. Oscar Larrazolo. I called the office said he wasn't getting any better. His only advice was to take him to the ER. A couple more days went on I called and requested he order an ultra sound due to symptoms researched for a few days by myself. He said it might be pyloric stenosis (which is what i told him I wanted the ultra sound for) but its probably acid reflux and when they get the test back we can start him on meds for reflux. He refused to order an ultra sound and I took the baby to the hospital who after almost 6 hours sitting with all the sick people hospital staff informed me they would have to transfer us to CHLA for surgery. He had what i expected pyloric stenosis. The dr was informed of their findings surgery has been completed and still no call to check on the baby or anything. I will never take another child to a Dr who is not concerned about the well being of the child. He didnt express concerns over what I thought it was or anything.

I wrote the review below and would like to clarify that I called the Palmdale location after my bad experience with the Lancaster staff. The Palmdale staff were the complete opposite and actually VERY friendly. She was able to verify my insurance through the computer system with no problem and scheduled the appointment for my son. So glad I was able to reach out to another location of Dr. Satay's and have a positive experience!
