Lancaster Imaging's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment for an MRI of my foot and wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted quickly and politely. The receptionist was friendly and got me back quickly. I had my Scan done by JoeEllen (I could be spelling it wrong). She was so sweet and gentle. She took care of me like she was my mother! She explained everything she was doing and walked me through the procedure in detail. She checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Overall I highly recommend. Location is easy to find, office was clean and all the staff was very kind. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

HOLY BANANAS- I cannot give a better review to Suzanne, their ultrasound tech. If I could give this fantastic gal 10 stars on here, you bet she would get that. It took probably the better part of an hour and fifteen to get my little wiggly guy in there through his pictures- but she handled it with skill, grace, and unmatched friendliness. Heck, I wish she were an OB, and my OB at that- she was so cool. If anyone in the medical industry needs a lesson in bedside-manner... Suzanne would be the best teacher.  Don't let this lady go anywhere, Lancaster Imaging- I expect to see her again at 20 weeks. :)On top of that- everyone else in the office was super friendly with my wild family, and did a great job getting around my insurance company's paperwork snafu. The office is very clean, and very easy to find.You guys are the best. Thank you!

Gabby was wonderful at Lancaster Imaging.  She helped to facilitate our appointment with numerous calls to us, the hospital for records, her technician, and radiologist.  She was friendly and patient throughout the whole time.  While I was waiting, I had the chance to observe her interactions with other patients.  She was absolutely wonderful and caring with each one.  Joellen, the radiologist technician, was kind and patient while explaining the MRI procedure.  The staff is exceptional and service was beyond excellent.

Lancaster imaging is an amazing place. They have a always friendly staff. Plus the imaging staff is better than any I've seen. And I've seen a lot. They, with the AV Cancer Center made a mask for my tumor treatment. It was a 5 star experience! Can't say enough nice things about them. If you have a choice, choose them.

This plqce was horrible.  My daughter is very young and needed an xray.  Tthe tech never introduced himself, never talked to her, and took FOREVER to get the pictures.  Sshe was so scared! She was screaming and shaking.  I kept telling him to hurry up and let's get this done but it was like he could not function  It was horrible! I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go.

Within 20 minutes of me having written that last review, I got a call from them to get another MRI, on them. They also offered me a gift card for the long drive inconvenience.The MRI lady was super sweet and professional. Absolutely astounded by the level of customer service and care at this point. Instead of ignoring or arguing with me, they just resolved the issue. Were I to have my own company, I would want that level of customer care.Customers matter and they really made me feel that. Thank you.

They were the cheapest MRI I could find. Since I was paying out of pocket, that was great. $400 for no contrast on my right foot which I fell on while backpacking.They made an appointment for the next day when I called them. When I came in, I was greeted politely by the receptionist and given the paperwork I needed to fill out. I waited a while, only to find out that the MRI machine had been having issues and that the technician was working on fixing it.After a couple of hours, I got in. The lady who set me up was nice, if not a little rushed since I'm sure the MRI machine having issues backed up everything.My foot had a weird jerk mid the MRI and I mentioned this to the girl. She said it was fine and images came out good. HOWEVER, when I got the results, it said that the images were somewhat degraded by motion and a bunch of causes were all inconclusive yet not excluded. This pissed me off since I had MENTIONED this to her and had paid $400 out of pocket. She could've taken another 20 minutes to really have gotten a quality image. All I want is a diagnosis as to what's going on in my foot and I spent so much money for absolutely nothing.She also rushed me out of the room when I was done and she didn't return my rings - some of which I've had for a decade or more and had sentimental value for me - which I didn't notice until I was already 2 hour drive away. When I called them, they gave me attitude about it but finally agreed to send it to me since I lived so far away and don't have a car.

My husband has been going to Lancaster Imaging on a recurrent basis for brain cancer. They have always been courteous and understanding in our situation. They have always gotten us in in a timely manner. We are very grateful for Lancaster Imaging. Keep up the good work.
