Marina Gold's Online Review Report Card

I am a sick patient and would like to see my primary doctor. so let's start off with, this practice is one of the worst practices I have ever encountered. I work with thousands of doctors world wide so I can say this is the worst I have ever dealt with. When you call they leave you on hold for over 10 mins, the staff then answers very rudely, then puts you back on hold to pretend the doctor is there. They get back on the line to tell me to call the 800 number for the nurses line to talk with them and then rudely hangs up on me. I called back to speak with the doctor, they tell me to deal with it. I finally get someone on the phone after chasing the doctor all day (literally from 9-5) the doctor rudely starts yelling at me. I have made a report to the board and hope they close this practice down along with revoking his license. I will also push to investigate his practice as I sure they are not seeing patients and billing the insurance. I assure there will be some repercussions for this doctors and staff actions.

I was assigned this doctor by my insurance, and I have been trying to get ahold of someone for more than a week. I just left another voicemail, but this is ridiculous

Terrible. I read the reviews beforehand and decided to take on this doctor anyways. Big mistake. First of all, Marina Gold isn't even the doctor. It's a male and he doesn't seem to care about his patients. I never write reviews, but this guy made me mad. He never really listened to my serious symptoms and brushed it off as something light, providing no actual medical attention. He also came into my room once and another nurse walked by and he talked to them about lunch and how he had one more patient to deal with and it was literally a 2 minute appointment because he was in a rush to go on break. When trying to reschedule another appointment, the ladies at the desk were SO RUDE and did not try to help me reschedule at all. I asked to speak to the doctor and they said I couldn't and they would leave a message. Finally they said I could come in that day and I was like finally a solution. Then they called an hour before my appointment and literally just said my doctor actually couldn't see me that day after literally confirming my time. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Completely incompetent staff

Run from this General Practice at all cost. I was diagnosed with Cancer and this Group of Doctors was assigned as my PCP with my HMO. Alarming how incompetent and confused and uneducated the staff and Doctors are who work in these offices. The Doctor from Russia has no idea that he is the PCP and does not understand that responsibility at all. You will not get a call with your results of any tests and you can leave numerous messages and you will not get a call back. The staff can't be bothered with anything remotely close to performing the most basic tasks and they treat the patients very disrespectfully . Both my Radiologist and Insurance rep had same experience and told me to quickly switch PCP. They all come across very insecure and unaware. They lack humility .

Initial scheduling of my appointment was easy and they got me in within a week. However, they called back to say Dr. Gold was going to be out of the office for more than a month, so I could see another doctor. I agreed. This doctor was nice in general and spent adequate time. He said he would provide the referral for two specialists, and I never received the referral (he said it would come through my insurance). I called to follow-up twice, but no one returned my call. Insurer didn't receive.

Worse doctors office I have ever seen

All of my judgement at this time is from the assistant. The front office staff and physician were great! My wife is the one who does the cosmetic procedures and she loves good deals!

My first impression is the front office staff is very loud & not very attentive. Dr. Gold is one of my favorite people on Earth. Jovana is an angel. I adore Stella. Great staff.

if you care about your health RUN, dont even waste your time, how she became a doctor will remain secret
