In the midst of COVID overload at all local emergency departments, my 95 year old father had heart problems and was sent to the ER. Because it wasn’t immediately life threatening, he was stuck for over six hours - until Dr Gomez found him and treated him. She was calm and professional in the midst of chaos and we are grateful for her help.

Dr Gomez was very thorough with my health issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. She is my primary healthcare doctor and has been very knowledgable in addressing my on-going issues. She also reviews my test results, is to the point and refers me to any specialist I may need. I am glad I found this office and doctor!

Dr. Gomez is the perfect doctor but her office staff are incompetent. They lost my paperwork, didn't listen to me when I tried to explain how to get it faxed to them multiple times, they are always rude, and they don't do their jobs. I'll be sorry to lose Dr. Gomez but the office staff have been this way every time I've needed something important. They've messed up my medication, delayed my medication, lost very important paperwork, and just overall seem to not care about doing their jobs. I've always been very kind and patient but this was the last straw. I can't handle the frustration of dealing with them any longer. Steer clear. You'll have to wait months to get an appointment and then be met with this when you finally get one. It's not worth it, even for a fantastic doctor.

She really takes her time and listens to you. The reason I did not give her a 5 is that it takes so long to make an appointment starting from waiting on the phone to talk to someone.

Like the doctor but staff is not good. They don't answer the phone. The referrals are not sent. Blood work not faxed to another doctor.

Stay away! Appointment are extremely difficult to get & always really far out.The front desk staff is the most unfriendliest you will ever encounter.They make you feel very unwelcome from the moment you check in. Almost as if your inconveniencing them. The one time my car wouldn't start, I called to let them know that I was on my way & would arrive 10 minutes late. They refused to take me in. They were extremely rude & had no empathy even though they admitted she was running behind as well.
