List of Susan Nasser's Reviews
Dr. Nasser is good but not proactive with patient. Does not follow up or monitor progress or anything, not even a print out or hand out after getting seen by her. It feels like she has too many patient and she cannot handle it all anymore. Staff are horrible…never calls back. I had to call 4 times just to follow up on my ultrasound order. Also, be prepared to spend 25 minutes wait time when calling for appointment. One staff answered the phone with no greeting at all. Very rude. They should STOP accepting NEW patient, they cannot assist and handle more patient. I feel like staff does not even want to be at work, and this happened every time I called.
Excellent doctor, staff & comfortable office!! Highly recommend.(The doctor other doctors go to!)
This was my first visit to her office. All who I met and spoke with: Sophia, Janelle, Kendra, Claudia, and Susana were helpful, informative and kind. Dr. Nasser and I had a brief introductory conversation. She listened, looked at and commented on some of my paperwork. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew I'd found a new primary care physician. I'm pleased with that first visit. Thank you Dr. Nasser and everyone there.
Not for me at a time when i need a pramary care doct they never call back.sad.
I highly recommend this doctors office. They provide fast service, clean environment, very professional, and listen to one's concerns. The staff is also very friendly and I am always in and out. I appreciate everyone in this office who works hard to take care of our health.
This review is for an exceptional staff member at Dr. Nassers office. My mother inlaw was released from the hospital after a hip surgery, and she was told to begin a walking and exercise program. She's on oxygen, and only has a big (40 lb) oxygen generator. We tried desperately to get her a portable unit that she could walk with. After weeks of denials, insurance issues, etc. Kristina got on the team! She called me at home, and said she was going to put me on hold and call the oxygen provider to see what she could do. I wanted to tell her "that's been done many times" but I let her try....... ten minutes..TEN MINUTES!! and Kristina is telling me that the oxygen machine will be delivered the next day!!!!Dr. Nasser, this young lady is assertive, professional, and may very well be a life saver! You should be proud to have staff of such character, and ability.Thank you Kristina!
They Never answer there phone!!
Dr. Nasser is my family's primary care physician. She is an outstanding physician who is attentive to her patient's and their needs. I trust her with the care of my children and would recommend Dr. Nasser to my closest friends and family.
Terrible office environment and nurse practitioners and I never met Susan Nasser in the 3 years I was supposedly her patient. She was never available so this is my experience with her office and staff of nurse practitioners with whom the last two experiences were so troubling I had to leave. One of them used a note taker, although she’s a woman as am I when doing the exams, which is not the issue, but the woman taking the notes burning a hole looking at your privates is highly disturbing. Aside from that they’re unwilling to compromise and listen and it feels as if you’re nothing but number to reach their annual goals. My advice: find someone else.
My wife and I were patients of Dr. Nasser's for two years. we never saw her once and each time we did see her we saw a different PA. They could never keep our records straight. Never kept track of the medications we were taking. It was nearly impossible to talk to a live person, they would call leave a message and if you called right back, no one would answer the phone. My wife burned her hand and needed a referral to a burn clinic, they screwed it up 5 times and instead of accepting responsibility they blamed COVID-19. Another tactic they use is to have you do blood work, call you and tell you they have the results and that you need to schedule an appointment (so they can collect their co-pay) only to tell you that everything is normal and there are no changes to your meds. If there was a person that I absolutely despised and wanted them to be as miserable as possible in their medical care, I would recommend Susan Nasser....Dr. Kavorkian has a better bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
