Went 2nd time after being diagnosed with COVID-19 (2 days after) suffering severe cough. All staff were very kind, but; no medication Rx were given for severe cough. I had to come back home with empty hands. Why is so difficult for Drs here, to give a Rx for cough when other clinics prescribe lozenges, syrups and so on? I’m having a miserable time surviving with over the counter meds wit low efficacy.

I went to Urgent Care for my foot it was swollen and couldn't put pressure on it. I was seen in 15 minutes nurses were wonderful and my Dr. Steven Grahek was amazing he ordered exrays and was given something to bring down swelling and while we waited he talked with me about condition and had the best bed side manner and attitude. He made me feel so comfortable it was a pleasure having him take care of me. I wish they had more Dr's like him. I've been seen here before but never an experience with a Dr like this one before he was remarkable and very rememorable. Thank you Dr.Grahek for your treatment and support and kind consideration and conversation 🙏 😊 ❤️

Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Does not care about his patients at all and is very judgmental for no reason at all. This man needs a reality check and needs to learn manners. Very disappointed.

I was really sick, some of covid synthoms, I told them I was In te hospital a week before and came out negative of covid but feeling worse every day, they gave me more medicine exactly the same prescription as the hospital, they did another Covid test and told me.. "If you're positive we will give you a call but if we don't call that means you're negative" I wait 3 days (that's the days they gave me) and went back to work I call them because I need paperwork and found out the I was positive and THEY NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY ..

I live an hour and a half away, but feel right at home at “High Desert Medical Facility”. Hanging with my grandpa while my grandmother is being treated has been relaxing and without added stress. The staff - all categories of employees - have been so HELPFUL and KIND! The facility itself is immaculate, updated, well decorated and accommodating. HDMG (Urgent Care) was able to accept my grandmother immediately (paper work was on file). Most importantly, the medical staff is issuing every possible test to ensure my grandmothers well being. Lastly, there is a CVS pharmacy on site and the nice Reception staff has all 3 flat panel TV’s tuned to College Basketball!

I went here for strep and they sent me home because I might have COVID. They called me later and told me I might have allergies without any kind of check or test.I had to go somewhere else for a swab and antibiotics.I later received a bill for $200 from this place.This is not a place to receive healthcare; just a bill.
