I talked to his back while he hacked on his lap top. After two visits where he could not find my exam reports he blamed my referring doctor and still has not treated me. When I told him I am having bad side effects from the prescriptions, he told me to keep taking it. Does not listen either

Dr Ko diagnosed me with COPD 2 years on oxygen and the wrong medication. I went to Keck they tested me after changing me to the right medication and found no COPD no more oxygen I feel great. Dr Ko has no idea what he is doing. He also gave me a diabetes medication i asked if he had any problems with it as it is a new medication he said no. It left me laying on the bathroom floor in pain for hours, i told him about it and he gave me the same drug under a different name. I did not take it, I am not that stupid. I can't say enough about the damage he has done to my health.

If office hours are until 5:00 p.m., then I shouldn't get an after-hours voice mail system when I call - even if it is 4:55 p.m.

Did not monitor my liver functions mowing I was prescribed pain killers that cause liver damage, now it's stage 3 and I only know now because I went to another doctor and asked for tests. My blood sugar went to 300+ and he just doubled my meds bad move not finding out why. He seams to be more interested in billing then medicine. I could go on with more problems but in Lancaster there is not much to choose from. Going back to Keck usc. Long drive but real doctors

Dr. Ko is a nice man, but the office staff is inefficient and rude. I was a 30-year patient, but no more. Sorry, Dr. Ko. If I can't trust your office to relay correct information when ordering the correct refills and dosages and medicine, I no longer have use for your services.

The girls in the office are a bunch of liars saying they sent my information to Advanced Sleep Medicine several times which they never did. I called the office several times and they kept on lying to me. I would never go back to that office and I told my Family Doctor what happened and I hope she does not send any patients to that office and have them suffer the same fate I did. I went to another Pulmonologist and everything was taken care of quickly and in a very professional manner. One star for the doctor, the girls in the office should be fired.

Dr Ko admitted me to the hospital with intestinal problems last year . He took wonderful care of me and was always there, checking on me . I was very sick with a chance of not making it . But Dr Ko did not give up . And today I am fine . But I know if anything should go wrong that Dr Ko will be there for me with the best care .Thank you Dr
