Always the best attention

Medical staff is poor, and I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THE CALL IN SERVICE OR MEDICAL ASSTS. the doctors are very good. Dr BULHLER IS GREAT.

Yo tuve una cita el día de hoy noviembre 15,2022 con la doctora Denise piñón y la verdad no se me hizo una persona profesional porque me dieron un medicamento, que no me hace sentir bien me siento drogada, y me dijo que me daria un papel donde yo me hacía responsable se supone que para eso estudiaron no para darnos medicamentos para drogarnos, la verdad no quiero volver Aver a esa enfermera, aparte que se portó grosera conMigo, alguien save de otra clínica que no sea ole health estoy muy decepcionada de esta clínica y yo ya no vuelvo más!

I was collateral damage in a police chase and recieved a traumatic brain injury as a result. I lost everything which resulted in me being homeless, so clinic ole is my only option. I have been trying to get help for my cognitive issues for 2 years to no success

I know Ole Health Clinics are non-profit & help many in the community who financially struggle to get quality health care for themselves & their family. Compliments to the generous philanthropic Napa Valley citizens/businesses. The physicians that practice there are top notch. The facilities & medical equipment are state of the art compared to the many community health clinics I have SEEN/WORKED throughout the state of California. The Napa Valley community is truly fortunate to have the well supported, Ole Health Clinics. Areas of frustration & potential improvements include: 1. Improve phone system & phone staff to reduce patient time waiting to speak to a live person. Currently, it's up to a half or full hour before anyone is available to help you. 2. Improve physicians calendar process to make it less difficult to schedule an appointment with the physician. Compared to a independent practicing physician whom you can quickly call & make an appointment within less than a week, Ole Health patients must plan ahead (at least a month) to see their physicians. In a non-serious, medical situation, I, and most likely Ole Health, recommend you simply go directly to your local ER. Sometimes Ole Health is able to "squeeze" you into an appointment but the "hassle" you are made to go through is, in most cases, not worth your effort. Just go directly to your local ER. Sorry to say. I realize the volume of patients that require medical treatment daily at Ole Health. Ole Health has great, state of the art health clinics. A highly qualified & caring physician group. If only, they can figure out a way to address the inefficient processes I mention above. Maybe I am being too critical? I only have over 30+ years multi-hospital/community health clinic (FQHC) experience as a Healthcare administrator/director (includes 17 yrs at a 350+ licensed bed, Sutter Health affiliated hospital). What could I POSSIBLY know? 🤔🤔🤔

No point in calling for dental care. I have called regularly for two months now and when I called today I was told to call back beginning of next month to maybe get an appointment three months from now. I asked if they have a waiting list for cancelations. No, but I could call in every day just in case they might have a cancellation. And I am an "established" patient, not a new patient.

Waited 3 hours just for a phone call, finally got a call back only for the earliest appointment to be in 3 months and over the phone. Flash forward 2 months later, 1 month before my long waited appointment, I get a call from OLE Health telling me my doctor will be out for the day my phone appointment is and cancelled it. Finally get assigned a new doctor and new appointment for a few days after my origanal one. I finally get my phone call appointment after waiting 3 months and everything seemed to go well. I go to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy that my doctor had filled the day before, but the pharmacy had no orders come in or records about my medication. The pharmacist suggested I go to the other pharmacies in the area to check if they had it, so I did. And none of them had my prescription. So I waited 3 months and plenty of complications for one phone call, just for the doctor to forget to put my prescription in.

Dr. Angel Aguilera will tell a woman with BPD and CPTSD that her trauma and mood swings are just PMS. And when you call him misogynistic he will hang up on you

Horrible treatment. Had a phone appointment scheduled and did not receive a single call all day. I even waited by the phone an hour before and an hour after my appointment time. I called them to see what happened, and they are claiming that I missed my appointment? I checked my missed calls, nothing. So much for needing my life-saving medication. I do not suggest signing up for a phone appointment through OLE as they will not actually call you.
