Keith J. Chamberlin Md's Online Review Report Card

So Dr. Chamberlin moved to Brea in a new office and they did an overhaul on their front office staff... BRAVO!!! Although I haven't seen Dr. Chamberlin in a few years I still go to her office to see a NP and the staff has been wonderful!!I'm sure Dr. Chamberlin is still the same amazing and friendly doctor she was before, and I'd see her in a heartbeat, but she also is very hard to get in to see if I need an appointment right away. Just had to update to give her staff a fair review now.

I've been out of the E ROOM for three weeks with a fractured knee , all set for surgery and she stops it because she can't review my medical correctly. Thanks Blanca.

Dr. Chamberlin is a great Doctor very Knowledgeable and Professional!! Started seeing her as my primary Doctor 4 Years ago first thing she did was Diagnosed my cancer early !! so I was able to Recover fast To Kill the cancer She is awesome And will always be my Primary Doctor!! This clinic such a blessing. They have been taking a good care of myself and my family for more than 8 years. I feel really confident to refer my friends to this amazing clinic. Everyone in the clinic is an asset. They are very organized, clean, professional and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Chamberlin. She is just a wonderful, smart and caring doctor. She takes her time with her patient and listen to her patient very well. A special thanks to the office manager, Mr. Anthony. He is very helpful and takes care of patient's need. His responses are professional and very helpful. I want to thank also the PA Colin. She is very informative, caring and kind. To be honest, I can not say enough good things about this clinic. Excellent attention and very thorough. The very best in care of her patients. We moved out of the area and came back to go to her office even though the office is not close to where we live.

I've been seeing Dr. Chamberlin for a few years now. I like that she comes up with a plan to get to the root of a problem and has a quirky sense of humor too!! She listens to my concerns and is extremely knowledgable as well. Great doctor with a caring heart.

I really have no reason not to make it 5 stars, other than my trying to reserve 5 for almost perfect experiences (or I am just an old grump at 44). Dr C has been great in the 4 visits I have had. She takes time to make sure all my concerns are addressed and my questions answered. She has been thorough and kind but bluntly honest with me about my poor health choices and my need to make immediate changes. Caring and fairly cool person but totally professional. I can recommend her with complete confidence.

Worst experience ever. I was assigned tot his doctor as I recently moved. I was in the emergency room twice and needed to follow up with my primary as I need continued treatment. I was on the road for well over an hour and arrived ten minutes late and the doctor refused to see me. I understand they are busy - though the office was completely empty - however, I did my best and explained that I just needed assistance in getting authorizations to see the specialists that saw me in the emergency room. The lack of empathy and understanding is RIDICULOUS for a "health care provider." Very disappointed.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Chamberlin today. Prior to this I was seeing the NP in the office, Colleen Loughran ( Who I really like!). Meeting Dr. Chamberlin was a pleasure and I love that she took her time and I never got the sense that she was rushing me because she was stressed about seeing other patients. I would highly recommend this doctor to any one that may be looking for a new physician.
