I meet the rudest and unprofessional receptionist there. She looks like she is from ghettos. Came to reception window with no mask scratching her lower back rude loud unhelpful and very unprofessional. Worst experience ever in a urgent care...Save your money and time. Try some other urgent care...

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I paid $60.00 cash for a TB Test to be done for a job. I went and it was completely empty, should have been my first sign. I filled out paperwork, gave her the money (no receipt) and was given the test. I went back to get my results and the office was closed. There was a sign on the door that the doctor was at another clinic in Tracy helping for an emergency, all doors locked and dark inside. I called the phone number on the sign they had on the door- it rang and rang...no message machine or anything. I emailed the Doctor using the email on their google and still have not received an answer. Today, I went back to the office on the first chance that I had. The 2 women in the front were extremely rude, extremely unhelpful and not caring at all about the fact that I needed these results to start a job. They also lied about being closed when I came to get my results and they also told me that the email I used to contact the Dr. was probably not even valid. They said I would have to retake the test and pay the fee again "since i did not come back 24-72" hours after the TB test was given. Like I am going to give them another 60 dollars? HA! THEY MUST THINK I AM STUPID. WHAT A JOKE!!!! What kind of doctor does not have a valid email address posted on the website?! what kind of doctor has assistants that are rude and unhelpful to people?! Obviously, the kind that were raised with no manners or respect for other peoples needs. These are the people in charge of our emergency healthcare in Lathrop?!  I wonder if these girls even have their cpr or first aid training. Both of them were laughing and smiling as I walked out fuming. I do not think it is funny at all!! TERRIBLE!!! I would rather pay twice the amount for one TB test and wait hours at Sutter or Kaiser then go to that DUMP again. Seriously, this place is not worth the time and was disgusting with uneducated staff, dirty carpet and ZERO communication skills. A positive TB reaction is not only obvious and painful, the reaction would not magically go away after the amount of time that has passed. The woman in front said that she was a "medical professional"...oh really? There was NOTHING professional about how she treated me. The other girl, the one that gave me the test, just walked back and forth like I did not exist, mumbling to herself. I think that maybe they both need to rethink their career choices in life. I am sure they both pray and go to church on Sunday after hoeing it up on Friday and Saturday out at the clubs. Save yourself and go elsewhere!

Our experience with this clinic has been excellent. Dr. Raj detected an urgent issue with husband’s heart and his staff expedited a cardiology referral which may have save my husbands life. We highly recommend this clinic and feel comforted knowing they are there. We give an enthusiastic 5 stars

Bottom of the barrel healthcare. I was assigned this clinic as my PCP from my medical insurance provider. They are the absolute worst I have ever been to. Ive been here many times and have only seen the primary doctor once. Ive gone without my medications because the doctors office doesnt respond to the pharmacy requesting permission for refills on my medication. When I call them most of the time Im on the phone for what it seems like forever for them to pick up the phone. Sometimes they dont even pick up. The nurse practitioner was completely rude and never seems to feel any empathy for her patients. It feels as if you are just another annoyance to her. The one thing I will give praise to in regards to this office is the front door. Its clearly the only thing in this place that actually does its job correctly.

If I could I will give this place ZERO. There front desk MA Melissa is horrible. She does not have any empathy for the patients. I was reading the reviews that people have given about the MAS that how horrible they are but i guess MANAGEMENT is sleeping. If wonder if there is any management. I feel bad for the M.D. who has to work with such a terrible staff. No wonder he is always in different clinics as he might not have enough patients to attend in the clinic due to HORRIBLE staff.

If I could put 0 stars O would. Receptionist gave me a hard time during my initial call to inquire about services. Then she told me that they stopped taking patients at 400 but close at 430. I pulled into the parking lot and was in the door by 404 the rceptionist said that the doctor left...how? That was enough for me.

have four broken ribs doctor prescribed me skin cream with lidocaine in it and Tylenol with codeine for four broken ribs then wrote Joses name on it on the prescription instead of my own good luck its your taking your own life in your hands walking in there

Receptionist Denied me from getting seen because they confused me with someone the had a problem with a couple mins before i called .unprofessional

Lathrop Urgent Care and Main Street Urgent Care is the best. Dr Raj is so helpful understanding kind and caring doctor. Melissa is the best manager anyone can ask for.She is always listening and helpful and understanding. The staff is very helpful and understanding. I was a medical assistant extern in both sites and the experience was amazing. Without Melissa and Dr Raj I would not have been where I am. The staff is amazing. Crystal Jessie Gurbinder Shervante Melissa Dr Raj is amazing. Keep up the good work. Thank you for having me Dr Raj and Melissa at your clinic. May god continue to bless you all and I recommend anyone looking for a great docor go to Lathrop or Main Street Urgent Care. Dr Raj is the best doctor.
