Jeremiah Aguolu's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Aguolu is in fact an excellent doctor who takes the time and consideration for each of his patients individually. I have been seeking his care for almost 8 years. I don't think the negative comments deserve merit. The only negative comment I can think of is the wait time is long. That is due to Dr. Aguolu taking his time to speak with each patient individually and give them his time as they deserve and expect. Christine who runs the office does an excellent job and is constantly on her feet taking care of the front office. This is a busy doctor because he is a great doctor who cares.

Dr Aguolu is a very good dr. Hes fast & cares about his patients. His staff(meaning all female workers)are snobby rude slow & non professional the Male workers are nice & careing.

The doctor is a quack. I don't mind Male doctors but he is a little bit too friendly. I was warned about him but decided to give this incompetent doctor a try. Do not feel comfortable around him or the many male nurses. He has a strong arrogant accent. This is my second and last time coming to this office. I thought his nice characteristics was part of his personality but the next visit proves the type of doctor he portrayed to be. Forgot to mention that they only make appointments after 1pm. The early morning patients are there for pre-OP that is getting ready for future surgery

I swear if I had a choice I wouldn't come here but sadly this is what my insurance covers been here since 12:30pm my apt was at 1pm and it is now almost 4 had me go from room to room just to keep me waiting still I'm so upset do not come here ever I would rate a 0 star if i could.

Personnel not so friendly. If you Have a medication question or need an answer and you call and leave a message you never gat a call back. You need a refill your pharmacy is not allowed to call you have to call the ice for refill or you have to go in and pick up a paper prescription. I wait waited 2 weeks for a refill, no call I had to go into office. Told Dr about refill not being filled and he got upset because he said I should only be calling once a month for all my refills because he is busy

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I have been at this doctors office for almost 6 months and the only thing that has stopped me from changing locations is because I was sent out to a few specialists and I didn’t want that delayed.The entire facility is unprofessional! Front desk assistants are always arguing with one another. Co workers being rude to each other and snapping on the Doctor.The only decent thing about this place is that most of the tests are done on site and you’ll get results back right away.Administration is THEE WORST!!! I have called on several occasions to schedule an appointment or another matter and I get put on hold for about 15 minutes for another person to return to the phone and put me on hold for another 15 minutes until I get aggravated and hang TF up! I have asked them to call in my prescriptions on several occasions after expressing to them how much pain I was in and you won’t believe that they never called it in. When I called them back and advised them that it wasn’t sent over to my Pharmacy they again, did not send it in. I had to call in about 5 Times to force them to do their job. INSANE! Don’t ever be in pain and need medication right away because here... it WILL get delayed!!! First of all, how are you going to tell me that the person that calls in the prescriptions won’t be able to call it in until 7 p.m. THAT IS OUT OF CONTROL!!Not to mention the long wait! You’ll be waiting about 3 hours. With an appointment!I’m changing my Doctor as soon as I’m done with my specialist visit.

Nice and experienced doctor.

He is not a good doctor you go to when you have a emergency

Dr Aguolu is very amazing he listens he takes his time he answers all your questions he never rushes you he has such warm energy the staff you have to get use to but their cool as well

I came in at 4:30 (my appt time) I waited about 3 hours until they called me in the back. I was just getting a physical..They guided me to a small room and I had to wait about 45 min to an hour. after they drew blood and took X-rays, which took about 2 hours, I was led back to the waiting room waiting for my scripts. It was already 9:30 pm and since I hadn't eaten all day, I was impatient and extremely tired and hungry. I walked out after waiting another 30 minutes!
