Lawndale Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I went because I was having knee problems and the front desk lady was very nice and when I needed help filling out some of the paper work the office manager came to help. Didn't get her name but she was quiet helpful especially since I was a new patient. All the staff members were very kind, the X-ray technician and all. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. Parking was easy to find too!

Worst customer service ever!!! Staff is so rude they are so annoying that every person that walks in ask for a covid test they make them stand outside in the hot sun for hours. When I walked in they ignored me didn't give no Hi how are you doing no eye contact I was waiting they ignored me didn't give no Hi how are you doing no eye contact I standing in front of the two receptionist for 10 minutes never got checked in finally decide to walk out. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE SUPER RUDE THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP ANYONE WHICH IS FUNNY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SIGN RIGHT ON THE FRONT DESK PLEASE BE NICE TO THEIR STAFF RIDICULOUS

I really hate this place the staff was really rude when I was asking a really simple questions I couldn’t hear the nurse as much because my ear infection so I ask her if she could speak a bit louder she was giving a really bad attitude

I'm not sure it's a good sign when the front desk people don't cover their nose with their mask.

Maybe the worst urgent care I have ever been to, Esmeralda didn't greet me with a warm welcome, she was quick to turn me away when all I needed and wanted was to take a covid test. She was quick to send me out the door with no information on where else to go. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I was seeking medical care for something that was important and urgent enough to go before seeing my primary doctor yet not an emergency so the ER wouldn't have been an option. I called to see if they accept insurance and the office staff was very friendly to me so initially I knew I found the right place. Once I got there, Van and Perla got me checked-in and situated to then be seen by a physician. Lindsay and Karla answered all my question and conceded and I left very satisfied. This group of professionals were great and made my experience incredible. I did not wait long and the customer service/professionalism was amazing. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend and be back when needed.

desk women is rude and will not be polite when you ask a question or concern. I had told them the pain severity of my relative. I had asked the front desk short hair blond African American women for the ice bag and said she would give me one and instead of doing that she ignore us. I had to ask another employee there for the ice bag in front of her and still didn't seem to care. NO MATTER how much your love one is in PAIN      THEY      DO      NOT     CARE . Waited over an hour to be seen only for 3 minutes of the physician's time to be referred to the hospital instead . Anywhere else but this place !!! 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE & PATIENT CARE

This place Breached their Contract with my insurance when they refused to take my insurance and asked me to pay $125 for a COVID test. Apart from that, it took over two hours to have results for a rapid test and they had misplaced my paperwork and no one noticed until I asked about it. I have tried to reach out to them and all I've heard was "well give you a call back". My insurance has called them directly to submit a claim on my behalf. I've been waiting for a reimbursement for about 6 months now. This place breaches contracts and takes out of pocket money from people. Smh.

I don't know how this place even got all these good reviews. First of all it's in a run down strip mall next to a grocery store tell you to park in the back but the door there doesn't even open and there is no signage saying to walk around even though there was a "bell". My biggest issue was that the moment I gave her my insurance card she refused to accept it saying that they would not take that insurance even though i explained I had a non traditional plan and even showed her on my blue shield app that they were literally the first urgent care on my list. She continued to refuse and gave me attitude. So I walk to my car and call my insurance (blue shield) to which they told me they most definitely do. That poor customer service agent talked me down from losing my shit and  said he was going to call them right away. Super unprofessional for a business let alone a healthcare provider. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Taking my sick a$$ elsewhere bye Felipe!

I've never been to such an upscale urgent care facility. The staff was highly professional and very prompt. The service was exceptional as well. Very clean and orderly! Peaceful and serene. I would highly recommend this location to each and everyone looking to for a urgent care need.
