Had 815 appointment, almost 9am still not seen, this is Unsay!
Worst place ever, never see the same Dr more than once because they either get fired or quit. I'm cussing this place every time I leave.
So many times I have taken my daughter for an appointment and they have cancelled, or nurse hasn't showed up that is supposed to give her her injection, have had to go way out of my way to another facility because they couldn't see/treat her even though the appointment was made 3 months in advance, and it's been frustrating more than once. Happens a lot more lately.
Rude, unprofessional, disorganized.
The only problem is getting an appointment quickly.
Horrible doctors they just talk over you and speed things up and won’t even listen to the questions we had about our son. Went to valley childrens to check my son and the doctor got mad that we didn’t go to the person he referred and was mocking us. Really don’t like going here at all.
To bad you can’t give them zero stars. Ordered contact lenses and glasses over 2 months ago and never received a call they were ready. Finally was able to get a hold of them and they said my contacts are there in the back but they never got an order for my glasses. What was the point of me picking glasses and placing my order if they never made them for me!
Receptionist/patient attendant need to be train or retrain in being friendly and better customer service. If she is the face of UHC Lemoore office I would say good luck. She represent your organization and put your health office in a bad light. I would give it no star but I would not let me post without giving a star. Office health manager and doctors need to review her performance. Drastic need improvements. I would not want to go back and actually wanted my primary to do a referral to another office. I do not recommend if she is the person that you see first for your visit.
Horrible experience(s) here; would give it a zero if I could. Front desk is supposed to be the face of United Health Centers and one particular lady (wears glasses, typically sits on left as you enter facility) always has such a condescending tone and *doesn't* have the kind of attitude that shows she actually *wants* to help. Without getting into too much detail, my mother tested positive for COVID-19 and has felt possibly every symptom you could imagine. For this reason, she asked the doctor if I could pick up her note so she could send it to her employer. He said yes, so I made my way to the clinic. When I got there, the front desk lady gave me two options since my mother wasn't present. 1) create a portal and view the note there. 2) tell my mother to come so she could receive a physical copy. We went with the portal option, but the note wasn't displayed on her profile. I didn't want to make her go considering how sick she felt, so I called the office to get some help. It took 15 minutes for them to answer even though it wasn't busy. When she finally answered, she wanted to speak to my mom but in that moment, she was in the bathroom. So, she told me she would call me back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, no call. Ultimately, we were forced to go in person. Keep in mind, it *wasn't* busy. How do I know this? Both of the times I went, she was just sitting at her desk, chatting with her coworker. Anyway, when the front desk lady came out to hand her the note, ALL SHE DID WAS ASK HER FOR HER NAME. Now, this is what bugs me... I understood patient confidentiality, so I wasn't upset when she wouldn't give me the note; but SHE DIDN'T EVEN VERIFY HER ID OR ANYTHING OF THAT MATTER. I COULD'VE BROUGHT A STRANGER. Like, what was the point of not giving me her doctor's note/bringing my mom if they weren't going to verify her identity?! It was a complete waste of time! NOT TO MENTION, my mom felt horrible! That front desk lady could've been so much more understanding with our situation and made it so much easier for us. For example, by verifying my mom's ID via phone, asking her if she would grant me access to her note. I would've even showed her my mom's ID. I normally have a lot of patience with people like this and rarely write bad reviews, but this isn't our first rodeo; and anyone considering United Health Centers (Lemoore) definitely deserves to know what kind of people they'll interact with.
My son tested positive for covid they never informed me. But gave me a note saying he was good to go back to school 3 days after he got coivd tested. Management made excuses for the MA's not calling to set up an appt blamed the Dr when saying he was new to the clinic when the Dr reviewed the results and sent an email to inform the clinic in Lemoore. They really dropped the ball with this one. Unacceptable. Sorry doesn't fix the fact that my son didn't quarantine due to your mistake. Then when I asked to call to speak to the office managers boss he took a few days to call me to the point that I'm just over didn't even return his call. And I only found out after they wasted my time at the eyedr they moved his appt without reviewing his chart made me come back a 2nd time in the same day just to tell me that can't see him because he needed a new covid test and I asked why. They wouldn't tell me then I found out it was because he was positive the Month before. If I never made a eye Dr appt I probably still wouldn't know. Ridiculous!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
