The people are so nice, so understanding, and bend over backwards to make sure that I have an amazing experience from the moment I drive into the parking lot, to the moment that I leave. Dr. Wood gets five stars himself for his wonderful chair side manner. He makes me feel like family every time I go in. A+ Rating from me.

Dr. Wood was one of the best Dr. I have been to in a long time. Very caring and interested in helping with my hearing problem in every way he could. He was always very polite and concerned about making sure that everything was working well with my hearing aids. I would highly recommend him to anyone with hearing problems.

My 4 year old daughter sees Dr. Wood for her hearing aids. I can honestly say that he is hands down the best audiologist she has seen. He is so resourceful and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Wood has been a great advocate for my daughter and he has went above and beyond for her. He is so kind and is great with young children. I am extremely grateful to have such an amazing doctor of Audiology here in the Lewiston area.

Dr. Wood ( David ) has treated my father for his hearing impairment. I can not express enough how professional, thorough and courteous he is. He calls to follow up on new hearing aids to see how they are fitting as well as how dad is actually doing health wise. Dr. Wood has also given me ( son ) his personal telephone number is case of any emergencies my father may have, what does that tell you.

A very pleasant experience. Dr. Wood is very knowledgeable in his field and took time to explain different facets of my hearing problems. He gave me insights on how to best handle the changing of batteries to get the longest operational life which has proven to be successful. His methodology of setting up my hearing aids to less than full prescription initially was very helpful and allowed to the have time to get used to the increased hearing ability without annoyance.
