This place is impossible to work with. just stay away and save your trouble. They’ll only leave you frustrated and not taken care of in the slightest.

Absolutely a Great Doctor! Have been a patient for many years... He caught skin cancer on my husband's scalp very early and kept things from progressing to major treatment. Have had great response from staff and followup for procedures. Highly recommend this office.Have also seen Margaret and found her to be absolutely wonderful. Takes lots of time and Answers ALL QUESTIONS. She educated us on many issues which was extremely useful.

This practice does not prepare for your visit and they don't listen to you. I was prescribed incorrect medication and then required to have a drug test submitted before my next office visit. They sent me back to get blood work for a drug test 2 times before my monthly visit. The drug test came back negative for Ativan, the drug they prescribed in error. They billed me for the day I called to tell them they had prescribed incorrect meds in the previous appointment. Doctor Li "discharged" me from his practice, leaving me without medication for over a month, during a time when I was dealing with the subsequent death of my terminally ill father. Then he had the nerve to call me back on a pre-scheduled appointment date, after I'd been discharged, at 6:15 pm at night, 3 hours after appointment time, and I had to remind him that he had discharged me the week before. Then he hung up on me.

N.P. Margaret Kenneth is consistently hesitant to prescribe refills of low dosage, common medication. Despite the fact I have steady employment, a long-time marriage, house, no history of drug abuse, etc., she always treats me like a drug addict, which is highly insulting and puts me in a defensive position. I saw Margaret about 4 to 6 weeks ago; she said I needed a referral regarding my problem. I also asked for two prescriptions to be renewed. Margaret was rude, and very impatient...she literally walked out of the exam room before I finished talking to her...she did tell me that I needed a referral and that she would ask the front office to do the paper work. Margaret told me that it will take one to two weeks to prepare the referral paper work...[really that long to prepare a referral]. I then waited a week and finally called CVS to see if my two prescriptions were sent over. The gal at CVS said yes, but that they were not signed, so she had to send them back to Dr. Li's office...yea, Margaret did not sign them...I called the office and Elle answered, she said that she would let them know and would take care of the problem, which she did. Kimberly in the front office is great, very polite and always very helpful. Really a delight to work with Kimberly; Margaret on the other hand is awful. Since Tiffany left, things have really changed. From now on, I will make my appointments with Dr. Li and see how that goes. O' for the referral, it has now been about 4 to 6 weeks, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Fortunately, I have a PPO and I can go any where, to any doctor. So I found my own "referral" specialist and I took care of the problem. Too bad, I had hoped this office and Dr. Li's practice would work out.

Had someone call today and ask about a resident that didn't live at our facility. When I told her that, she hung up on me. So rude. if that's the way they conduct business, I wouldn't trust them to take care of me or a family member.

Seems as a patient I am a inconvenience. Main real physician is never there. And I am lead around in Hope's I give up or hang up before being helped. The " practicing physicians " are doing beat they can but all we get. Seems only real option is find new DR.

Never got to meet Primary Dr Li phoned turned off st 1145 drive to office they were there said Closed 12-1 but turn off early. Have been there twice only saw a PA not sure Dr Li exists. Never open in time or phones at 8 AM supposed to get a referral right after hospital to an Orthodontist just went to office I’ll have to contact myself Never going to them again I’ll go to urgent care until I can find a replacement that cares and shows up
