Twirling hair telling us to wait because urgent care didnt open for 2 minutes. Skip this place and go to San Ramon regional or John Muir. Stanford is horrible. Peninsula Stanford is ok but the ones in Livermore and pleasanton are horrible

HORRRIBLE SERVICE put my family into a panic over a false positive covid test a few weeks before our first family trip out of california ever. The doctors were extremely unhelpful in trying to figure out what was wrong with me they tested me twice on things that had already been negative and refused to test for anything new. They then told me it was covid which made no sense im fully vaxinated and wear my mask literally everywhere. My family and i got tested as a whole the very next day in oakland and all of us came back negative myself included. Will not be returning and would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy extremely dissatisfied with your service

Valley Care was the best hospital around. The staff was fabulous. The Dr.s were excellent. You feel safe and protected. Everyone was there to give you the best service possible. 30 🌟 ⭐ 💫 🌠

Zero stars for being greedyPlease do not use this facility if you need urgent care services and youre expecting anything close to reasonable charges. They charge you in two parts 1 for using the facility walking in and getting your pressure checked 2 for the nurse and Dr separately.. Did I mention they charge as a EMERGENCY CLINIC even though the location is very clearly marketed branded as an Urgent care. The Nurse and Dr belong to another facility group that happens to be outofnetwork for most insurances. You will ONLY learn about this after the Claim settlement farce.Why one starThe Dr. was very professional 5 minutes spent for $500 PLUS.I will never in my life go to this location plus will ensure that my network stays away too... Cant stand practices like Upcoding and scare tactics... almost an insult to ones intelligence

My wife fell down and was in agonizing pain. We rushed to Valley Care in Livermore. They saw her condition and immediately admitted her. I followedafter parking Car and gave them the Insurance papers. We are Seniors and this is the best we have ever seen.

I get that its COVID but I have never seen more eye rolls in an ER in my life. They completely ignored me when I told them they were wrong about my diagnosis and even told me to settle down people are having heart attacks when I was calling for a nurse because I had the worst stomach pain Ive ever been in was a bit out of it and could not find the remote and vocally called for help. She didnt even show me where the call button was. This was the worst ER Ive ever been to. Ive had stomach problems my whole life I can handle a bit of nausea. I came to you guys because I was in so much pain and you sent me home with meds that contraindicate the meds you guys knew I take I could have died Thanks

Placed a call for neurology and they kept transferring me till I got to billing.

I went in with what turned out to be a fractured ankle and though the doctor said he would call in something for the pain he didnt. They prescribed something for the swelling but nothing for the pain. When I called them the next day to ask where it was they said there was nothing in the record about a pain med. So he straight up lied. I should have just gone to the ER.Its seems clear to me that they didnt want to write the RX. I had to call another doctor for help which Im sure is what they wanted. Theyre far more concerned about themselves than their patients. So if youre looking for actual help with trying to function with an injury go anywhere but here.
