He was amazing! His staff was wonderful. He listened and had great advice and suggestions. Best experience.

I have never experienced anything quiet like this office in my life! But they will never take ANY responsibility for their service if you ever complain. They have the audacity to call me to ask about how my experience was and when I told them how it was they said every story has two sides and the doctor didn’t want to see me as a patient any more. But wait, YOU call ME to ask how MY experience was. Of corse they call me because the already knew they didn’t want to do business with me anymore. By the way, the doctor dumped me after my insurance didn’t take the medication he suggested, i guess he used my issue with the office to get ready of me and not have to deal with that. Basically they are not capable of dealing with anything but pick up the phone and book appointments, if anything goes out of that line they fall apart and won’t take any responsibility. Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner. Recommended. Yelp thought this review too short. Nothing else to say.

My primary physician refered me to doctor Entwisle when she found how much Zancac I was taking. He did an endoscopy and found a hiatal hernia and barrett's esophagus. He is one of the most best doctors I've ever had. He took the time to explain everything in detail. He didn't talk down to me or rush through the explanation like a lot of doctors. I truct him completely.

I love this doctor until their office staff told me I couldn't keep my appt because I was 10 minutes late. How many times have you or I waited for a doctor for 10 minutes or more?   I guess if I was a paying customer it would be different. Oh wait I am a paying customer!  I feel like these doctors or staff think their doing you a favor. I pay over $800 a month for health insurance as self-employed. This is the only profession that you're at their mercy, even when your a paying customer!  Please note I have seen this doctor several times. Good doctor, I'm sure he doesn't need my business so nobody cares. Off to look for another doctor. Let's hope the competence is the same and their customer service and care and consideration for patients better.
