My appt was set for 8:15 , I arrived on time, checked in with the front desk and they didn’t see me until 8:45. This is the second time I’ve been to this location that the provider has been over 30 minutes late. It’s really unacceptable. I will be going back to the Pleasanton location. They have never been late to see me.
