I saw Dr. Call at his office in San Ramon on Norris Road, Golden State Dermatology. I posted another review about my experience at that office regarding his medical assistant explaining incorrectly my biopsy results. I did speak to Dr. Call about this. His attitude on the phone was horrible. Acting as if he was doing a great service by calling to discuss the matter with me. His assistant went as far as deleting part of our conversation. Dr Call seemed to be trying to protect himself and the office vs caring about his client's well being. Super unethical. I have such distrust in him that I am getting my biopsy sent to another facility.

Arrogant, unprofessional, lack sympathy and manners!!! Full of himself!! Don't recommend him. Totally ignored my worries and my questions about my daughter who was about to remove a cyst at his office when I was trying to explain to him that we have family history of sarcoma. He just turned his head and asked her to sit to start the procedure! He was in a hurry to finish to get to his second appointment.

Wouldn’t recommend him! He is arrogant and unprofessional, impolite and turns his face while we are still talking to him and inquiring about a surgery he’s about to do to our daughter. As a mom I was worried because I have sarcoma in the family and wanted to make sure he is aware of that! Instead of listening and showing compassion, he just turned and started his work, ignoring me totally! Very bad experience

For the 3 appointments with Dr. Call, I waited 30 minutes or more after my appt time in the room. I show up on time to respect their time, yet he does not respect our time. And on the date of the procedure, there were supposed to be two things removed, he only had time for one.

Dr. Call is a fantastic dermatologist who is very attentive to his patients. The office and staff at Golden State Dermatology are also great.

Doctor Call Is always very pleasant and very thorough. I recommend Golden State dermatology, but I have only seen Dr. Call or Dr. Greenberg, I highly recommend either of them and I’m sure the other doctors there do A wonderful job as well. The front desk is always pleasant overall you’ll have a good experience there.

I had a very comprehensive exam ( annual skin check) with Dr Call. Very nice staff. Clean office. Easy in & out, no wait.
