Kevin Lee's Online Review Report Card

My husband is being treated by Dr. Kevin Lee. Dr. Lee is very professional and will call to follow up on my husband's condition after every treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Lee as a doctor as well as a specialist for lung disease.

I often can't sleep often dreaming, insomnia, headache, acupuncture points, insomnia, heartache, headache, ingestion of sleeping pills, first aid, sleeping pills.Dr. Kevin Lee is awesome, He cured my sleep.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Lee for several years now after meeting him as an inpatient at Valley Care Hospital (now Stanford) in Pleasanton.  He was extremely thorough and explained things so I could understand everything.  He initially saw me for pneumonia while in the hospital and now he is my PCP,  Pulmonolgist and Sleep Disorder doc.  That's how much I thought of his bedside manner, professionalism, humor and genuine caring demeanorI would recommend him to anyone looking for a new physician in the areas in which he practices.Sherry Helms

Dr Lee has been the most professional and friendly physician I have ever met! He genuinely cares for his patients. He truly cares for their welfare. Not only did he thoroughly explained my visit and possible treatment options, he was very concerned with resolving the condition while being considerate of the financial and social complications. It is because of him that I did not blindly scheduled my exams, went to unnecessary check up/follow up and possibly incurred increased charges. I appreciate the additional guidance that he provided which was not his responsibility and I've seen lacking from many other providers.

Dr. Lee has been my physician for years.  He always takes time to listen to my health concerns and provides good medical advice.  Last year, I encountered problems regarding my sleep.  He explained to me the possibility of sleep disorder and suggested that I should work out regularly, so I run 2 miles daily.  Now I got back my sound sleep and shape.  Thanks a lot Dr. Lee for your very good advice and care.

I have been going to Dr.Lee for years.  He is one of the most knowledgable and compassionatepeople I know.  If your looking for a great Doctor, I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lee has been my doctor for a couple of years. He was awesome! I go to him periodically for my sleep apnea. In October my sleep apnea prescription was terminated. It needs to be resubmitted. So I wasn't due till Dec. 2016. But my supplies stopped in October. I called for an appt. In Nov. When I finally learn about this, they couldn't get me in till Dec.13th. I went in on the 13th and they said they no longer take my insurance. But they would take it for this appt. But never again. I got there at 3:30, because I called and said I could come before 4:00. The person said yes he has time to take you early. I waited till 5:00 and finally walked out of the room and said to Dr.Lee and the girls he was laughing with that I needed to go. Wben he assessed the chip from the CPAP machine he said it was too old. He couldn't tell me anything.i was charged$10.00 over my co-pay and I left having to find another Doctor that takes my insurance. I called the next day and Lena said that they can't credit my acc. I have to wait for the billing department to send me a bjll. A BILL FOR WHAT??? Since Dr. Kevin Lee left the other office things are grossly incompetent. The next day I found a Doctor that explained to me the problems I had with the CPAP machine .Dr. Kevin Lee had never explained it to me in the 2 years of having it. I would never recommend Dr.Kevin Lee to anyone now!

This is part 2 of my response. Dr. Kevin Lee takes his work very seriously and puts his pøtients first above everything else. I was so blessed that he came to be my doctor. It sets my heart at ease. Thankyou again Dr. Lee for the many times you saved my life. You have my very heartfelt gratitude. Your one in a million.

The office staff is friendly and responsive.  Dr Lee seems like a nice guy, but he did not follow through. I went to Dr Lee for sleep apnea and he suggested to order a home sleep study so that the insurance company would pay for my CPAP machine.  I was advised that the home sleep study company would contact me in 2 or 3 business days after my appointment.  After one week of no response, I contacted Dr. Lee's office.  The staff told me that Dr Lee sent out the paperwork that day.  One more week goes by with no response, so I called back.  The staff says that she saw the paperwork still on his desk and said that he would process it that day.  Now it is one month since my appointment and nothing has happened.  I decided to make an appointment at another doctor and will not return to Dr Lee. Very frustrating and now I still do not have my CPAP machine.
