The people in the office were very pleasant. They were quick and efficient. Got my girlfriend in a timely manner and completed the evaluation ahead of schedule. Really like, when doctors office run efficiently.

Attempted to make an appointment on the phone but the phone call alone was enough to put me off. Jonathan answered the phone and wouldn't let me get two words out? Seemed like he was more focused on deterring patients than attempting to help them? He didn't even let me give him my insurance information before he kept rudely cutting me off & scolded me because there was background noise & then proceeded to tell me registering me would take 8-10 minutes & if I was sure I wanted to register? Genuinely horrid customer service Jonathan on Monday October 10th at 12pm.

Most of us go to see a Doctor because we have a concern. I tried to schedule an appointment to have a new spot checked out. I was told no Doctor is available until February! Seriously! And I work for Stanford! I was so disappointed that I have to go outside my own Doctors to be seen. Who waits months when they have an issue??

My family has a history of various skin cancers, so finding a good dermatologist has always been a high priority for me. I have been to several dermatologists and Dr. Dickman at Stanford Dermatology is the best dermatologist that I have found. She's very caring and knowledgeable. She will also give me honest feedback and is not trying to make money by trying to sell me procedures or products I don't need, which has been my experience with other dermatologists. When I was diagnosed with the same skin cancer that my mother died from, she sent me to a specialist to have it removed. When I have follow up visits I don't have to explain to her why I am there, she either keeps excellent records or has a great memory. If only all doctors were like this! I am happy to finally have found a dermatologist I can trust!

Dr. Chiou is not only skilled, but extremely kind and responsive. He was able to diagnose and successfully treat my difficult scalp condition.

After checking various on line reviews I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Dickman at Stanford Dermatology. Very glad I did. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in her exam and a great communicator. She went out of her way to make sure I understood my procedure and the required follow-up care. Her medical assistants and the office staff were also very professional. If you ever need a dermatologist I would highly recommend Doctor Meghan Dickman.

Dr. Dickman was fantastic! Very friendly and thorough. I went in to have one area of my skin evaluated and her staff recommended having a head to toe evaluation. So glad I did. Apparently I had two areas that needed treatment. I will have annual checks moving forward.
