The staff were amazing- kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend Stanford Health Care.
I visited the Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley Urgent Care in Livermore and had a really good experience. The staff were patient, professional, and very caring throughout the entire visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the doctor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.
The front desk employees were wonderful, the check in was quick and easy and the wait time was less than 15 minutes.
What I didn't care for was the nurse and the doctor and their attitudes towards me as a patient.
I went in for pain in my right side so I asked for a urine test to check my bladder and everything. But even before the nurse finished the paperwork to finish checking me in, she had diagnosed me with menopause due to my age. Now she never asked if I was in menopause or had any symptoms of it. I wasn't asked about any symptoms whatsoever.
While waiting in the room for the results of the test, I could hear the doctor say tell her to get her results online and to go to the ER if I need more help. I had asked for a referral. I was told during check in by the front desk that it was still a few hours before the referrals ended. I was going to go to the hospital and wait, but the front desk said no just get a referral so you don't have to wait there all night. So to hear them talking and making up excuses to not refer me for further testing for my concerns made me really angry. Not only was I diagnosed by age and not medical history, I was sent away with no.concern for what could be wrong with me. Just because one test came back clear doesn't mean that there's not some other factors responsible for my discomfort. No one should ever have their age be the determination of a diagnosis. We should only be diagnosed by medical history and testing.
I wish that I would have checked their ratings first.
Don't pay attention to what I say, go and take a look for yourself.
All people here are very nice, it was very quick, they new what they were doing I highly recommend this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
