William Ting's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr. Ting’s office for more than 10 years for my eczema and other skin issues. He is very knowledgeable and his office staff is very nice. Recently been seeing Dr. Leon, another derm at his practice, and she is amazing and listens to all my concerns. I’d say Dr. Ting and his staff are very knowledgeable for various skin issues and aesthetic treatments, but Dr. Ting is busy these days so seeing a PA or other derm at the practice is more feasible and just as great of an experience.

I'm a fair-haired female of European decent in my 50's and i've been seeing Dr. Ting and his team for preventative dermatology care and cosmetic treatments for over ten years. I find the entire experience to be friendly, efficient, professional and consistently meeting my high standards for care. 100% recommend.

I have been going to dr.Ting for years. He advertises for all kinds of cosmetic procedures. I have had a few. When twice or more the outcome was not at all what I was told Would happen. He became very defensive. Saying it was my system and not his or other doctors he employs fault. Asking more money to fix.One time I became furious and said “ haven’t you heard the customer is always right! “ he replied this is not retail. “: I said it most certainly is. You have pamphlets all over the office advertising different procedures that can be done to improve one’s appearance. Even a big screen TV in the waiting room. He said he would give his time but I would sill have to pay for the substance he had to use to re do the procedure. Recently my daughter contacted him saying he should compensate me for the $ 2,000 procedure that didn’t work. He consented for me to have some small skin tags removed. Well tha wasn’t a complete job either.of course after all his trouble I am not contacting him.

Horrible experience, didn't treated properly, Their main focus was to mint money. Avoid this

I have been to several Dermotologist across the country. Dr. Ting is one of the very best that I have seen. He listens to understand your symptoms as well as examining to see things that you may not have noticed. I am very happy with the examination and results. I will be returning for follow-up visits in the future. Dr, Ting's staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I am very satified with my choice of doctors.

Provided a plan to do some alternating laser treatments for sun damage and rejuvenation. Everyone has been excellent, PA Annie C is top notch, Connie extremely knowledgeable and both Jasmin & Jasmine excellent. Nurse Ashley was also outstanding!

I really don’t understand these low ratings. Dr Ting is a true professional and is an expert in his field. I’ve been going to him for many years. I’ve had skin cancer and I never felt more confident in having him treat it. He gave me different options and we both decided together what was the best procedure. He has also been there for me working on hair loss. My hair growth has doubled in the past two years due to his knowledge and expertise. He’s the best there is.

Carey is very personable and efficient. My last appointment did seem a little rushed. I think that 'time with patient' is limited by the company!

My wife and I were able to make an appointment for our annual check up at the same time. We were in and out! Staff was very friendly and professional as always.

Listened patiently to my concerns. Offered several options to address and resolve them. Described in detail considerations I should be aware of. Spent considerable amout of time with me understanding my expectations and creating a plan around my timeline and desired results. Very happy with results and Dr Tings approach and methods
