Waiting hours for rapid COVID test. I wouldn’t be upset if they let me know it would take this long I’ve just been sitting in my car forever.

California Urgent care is disorganized and poorly run at the front desk. Waited 2 hours for Covid results and there are only 2 other patients here. Since my son is 19 I was not allowed in room for Covid restrictions.  A clerk told me I unnecessary as his Mom.Definitely try another place.

I have been doing my kids’ sports physicals here for a few years brought my daughter for hers today they are now charging an extra $30 for a vision test just for her to read off of the board and it is not being done by an MD. This is 300% of what insurance reimbursement is for an MD and it’s being done by a PA. When I asked to talk to someone in billing she couldn’t even give me the courtesy of speaking to me instead she sent the same employee out to tell me that it is because they are privately owned ummm yeah so are most offices. I wanted to know what their fee schedule was based off of and they couldn’t even tell me that then acted like I was an inconvenience for asking. Never again will we be coming back here for a sports physical

They are awful and for people getting their kid’s sports physicals there if you were told u had to pay for the vision test it is fraud. Get a hold of me for more information

If you cancel your Covid test because of the inadequacy of staff make sure your insurance is not being billed anyway. Going to call and make sure they are not running some Sort of scam. How does a health care facility get away with treating people like they don’t matter And that you don’t care about what they are going though. This Urgent Care is the worst I have ever seen

Theres a reason there are so many low reviews. If you can avoid coming here then by all means do so. I needed a covid test for my sick toddler. Her drs office was fully booked and she was miserable it was urgent care or Er. Advice nurse said she Had to be seen today. This urgent care wouldnt take her unless she had a negative covid test. Waited over an hour standing outside in the line to walk up to a desk to fill out paperwork just consent forms I could have filled out while waiting. There was a line to get into line. This makes no sense a baetter way would be to have 2 desks 1 where people can walk up leave their Id insurance card to get copied then fill out our paperwork then bring to the lady. The lady literally only sat there to watch you fill out paperwork. It was asinine. Waited 6 hours to finally get called back for our covid test. When I got there no one came out. Waited called they said just wait in your car someone will be out soon . Waited more no one came. Called again they said youre here? Did you come to the door? I said no I specifically was told to wait in my car. Oh no one has helped you cause you didnt come to the door. I said okay so if I come to the door right now youll give my child her covid test? Yes. I get out of car bring my child to the door. A sign on the door says to not come in and wait in your car I knock no one answers. I call again and tell them I am here outside the door like you said...still no one came. Finally someone came to say Ill be right with you. Honestly. This place just shouldnt offer covid testing they are completely overwhelmed disorganized and incompetent. Something systemic is the matter here.

I got the Rapid Covid test here. Wait is long I got there at about 830 a.m. Didnt get to do my test til about 1020ish a.m. But friendly staff.

This Dr Khan office is discriminatoryTurned my daughter away till the following day for an allergy reaction claiming she had to have negative COVID test results and even after it was negative we would still have to come back to be seen the next day or a “telehealth” check over the phone Don’t waste your time
