She doesn’t deserve one star. She is rude, wouldn’t give me my records, Or give me pain medication, and only offered hospice. I’m 80 yrs old, not at the end of my life or dying, and surgery has been ruled out. I’m in extreme pain, and until the New opiate law came out she would be give me some I’m in from bone on bone in my spine. I’ve lost inches and weight in the last few years from the degenerative disease. I’ve had several treatments for this pain from other doctors and they said nothing else can help. Anyway, She finally ordered an MRI and told me there wasn’t any change from my last time, 10 yrs ago, wouldn’t give me my mri. I went to the mri place and got a copy of it and got a dr to look at it. He said it’s the worst he’s seen and surgery wouldn’t help. And he sent me to pain management and ordered pain meds. Dr. Ferrer doesn’t care about her patients, and can’t read An mriS, refuses to release your records to you. She isn’t a qualified doctor
The doctor was unprepared, unable to answer relatively simple questions in any depth, and unprepared to spend more than 5-10 minutes for the visit. The visits were essentially a brush-off and waste of time. Questions were answered in a simplistic, grade school manner. I learned more from WebMD. I have found another doctor.
This Dr. falsified my medical records!
This Dr. was extremely rude. Went to her once. Would never go back.
Constantly unhelpful and condescending, I went to her with an intensely painful rib-wall infection and she brushed it off as not being life threatening enough to do anything major about and when I was extremely sick from the antibiotics to the point I had to go off of them, she told me there was nothing else she could do for me. Two years later and the rib wall infection still is painful.
For 10 years Dr Ferrer has treated me for fibromyalgia. Now after all this time, I asked her to fill out a form regarding my having fibromyalgia. She told me that she couldn't do it and my medical records will be of no use either because she never put in my records anything about fibromyalgia. She said she was protecting my records! She had me on a med for it and had written that it was for migraines. Which was not true. After that she was very rude and tried to change my diagnosis. Reallypissed
D.r ferrer has always been very nice to me she always takes her time to listen to me not like other doctors that i have had in my past that were always in a rush with me other doctors never listened to me and would just perscribe me medicine and on my way i went this is actually the very first doctor that i have ever had that really cares, listens, and if you tell her your in any kind of pain she is good with working on any kind of problem her patients have right away like for instance i had a real bad stomach pain i made an appointment to see her that same day she sent me that same day for blood work and scheduled me for a ultrasound i found out what i had in less then a week i love that about her she really cares about her patients dr. ferrer is also my sister and mothers doctor as well and they also think she is a great doctor and they love her i highly recommend her. Thank you
This doctor has always been right on with her diagnosis. She has always spent as much time as needed and answered all of my questions. My daughters also see her and love her. She will also send you to a specialist if she is unsure about anything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
